Sorry I missed this. There are a few possible answers 1. Their area/internet has blocked the site. I doubt this one, but it's a possibility. 2. The site was having an error. This happens unfortunately often, but it usually clears up in a few minutes. However, That usually gives an internal server error message 3. Something complicated you need computer knowledge to fix. I am no tech person so hopefully someone else has a better suggestion.
