I was hoping if there's more then one metaverse, if there is then I need someone to change someone's heart. they live in the U.K. but I don't know what their cognition is like, I need the Phantom Thieves to change their heart, this guy never listens to my sorrow and they need to apologize for ignoring my pleas. PLEASE CHANGE THIS GUYS HEART I'M BEGGING YOU.

Unfortunately that one metaverse applied to the entirety of humanity. While it was shown to be beneath Japan, it was more magical than that, occuring in an indescribable space. I'm sorry to hear your plea but as far as I'm aware there's not much to do. Have you tried turning him off and then on again?

I also live in the UK. Perhaps there is a metaverse similar to the one in Japan here but it takes the form of something other than a subway. Let's see, what would it materialise as? Perhaps a huge block of flats that reaches on seemingly into the heavens?
