Alright.... Lets see. I can think of potentially four. 1. Gamma talking to Lux after a complicated event had him fight Tatsuya and others in Lux's palace. 2. When DemonicHomura visited Gamma by a lake and he agreed to work with her. It was special for other reasons. 3. Fighting the Witch Charlotte with Homura-Akemi in the Sweet Tenacity Thread. 4. Backstory spoiler, if you want to use it I'd rather discuss it through DMs

Ikebu being given a Decarabia Plush as a child, he keeps it as a childhood memento and to remind him that he has a role in life

Aincrad being transported to the Nexus and having himself be trapped in his own mind while his Persona took control of it. The fight with Duo and being accused of being evil. Losing Darkie right in front of him, being unable to save Aitome when she needed it, seeing Shiza murder himself, and there's probably a few more times like that. It's pretty much given him a complex.

Kamui's most precious memory is the first time he beat someone at Kendo. It was in middle school, he wanted to become strong, so he joined the Kendo club. He was bad at it. But he persevered and eventually beat a guy who thought he was tough shit.

If I had to pick one that wouldn't rush my own characters development too quickly than I'd have to pick the battle against Beldr. It was the first time Kazuya gained the power of Bel that set him down the path this version of Kazuya eventually would end with. It was a moment of complete hopelessness for Kazuya and his friends as well as Beldr was a immortal being that couldn't be killed by anything but one thing. The Devil's Fuge plant which doesn't really exist in Tokyo. It was only by using a pin shaped like Devil's Fuge that Kazuya was able to slowly drain Beldr of his power before killing him.

I honestly don't yet, but I'm planning something for it...

For Sam, out of phansite, probably losing an arm to Machin Raal and the subsequent battle against him with his mark 1 robotic arm alongside Gin.

Those who have read some of my posts likely already know. Before coming to the Nexus, Saeko lived in a small desert city, and a monster destroyed her city, killing most of the residents. Including her big sister, Aoi, who died protecting Saeko. For the sake of spoilers for a future plot of my own, I will not continue. But for prying eyes, I shall say Saeko is hiding something. There is more to this story than what she lets on.

Shinji's most important moment was likely..... Either getting together with Aqua. (Rip ShinjiXAqua) Or his involvement in Delta's dungeon. Since it reminded him of what was important.
