So, the 3rd Pokemon movie showed up on my on demand. Should I watch it, even if I haven't seen the second? Or does it matter if I've seen the 2nd?

No pokemon movie is connected and they all seem to be separated from the anime for some reason. It really doesn't matter in that regard. Also, if the 3rd one is the Entei one, then yes. You should watch it.
