And, 3DS and DS are two very similar consoles, so it wouldn't require that much more. Would you really rather make it so you can only transfer if you have 2 3DS'? 🤔 That costs much more than 5 dollars. Besides, that much extra money won't even buy me a decent lunch (a school lunch, tho). I find it hard to believe that an extra feature costing a little amount of money would automatically ruin a game. Of you can afford a seperate DS you can definitely afford to pay 5 dollars anually. But, I get it, raising the price for the game by any amount will make it completely unenjoyable for you. If that's really how you think, you shouldn't have gotten into pokemon in the first place. Especially considering there are two versions, you could've easilly deducted that the game would require a lot of money to fully enjoy. In fact, you could've looked at the super expensive trading cards or litterally any other pokemon media and known that this is a company that likes to make money.

It was cut and paste of the formula and just downright boring. I never cared once about what was going on or about literally any of the characters. Of course, it could've been that I had grown out at that time too, but it definitely didn't even have any sort of enjoyable fun factor all the earlier ones did for me at all.

Fun and pretty to look at yes. But it just isn't the same as having one partner and that's it. So I forced myself to always have my partner in battle. No matter what!
