I don't think this is a leak as much as it is artwork for P5 done by the Etrian Oddessy artist. EO is an Atlus game series after all, if memory serves.
I feel like I saw this forever ago when P5 released in Japan. It might just be an illustration made by the artist that did the designs for PQ for the release of P5
