The orb twists and writhes attempting to maintain its form, but, in spite of its vessel's presence, it seems to be struggling.
N: I am Nexus, that is my name. By Man's desire am I brought forth, and man's desire shall I fulfill.
Eris stands up, she holds one amulet tightly, glowing in the darkness. Its light shines brighter and brighter, much more rapidly than those before it, as though the thoughts of millions were being sent their way
E: Our desire is simple, to make a new world. One without you in it.
The amulet bursts, like those before it, and from the light emerges another angel. Her slick, black wings are almost invisible in the darkness. It is difficult to tell much about the angel, as she dashes through the orb, cleaving it in two before dissapating into the wind.
Homura's shots rip through the orb's mostly solid exterior, leaving many holes in each side, exposing more of Nexus's inner workings.
Kazuya's beam of light seems to originate from infinitely high, no matter, they crash down upon the exposed and vulnerable orb, tearing into its very essence, and beginning to dissolve it.
Aitome's own burst of energy dispells what remains in the area, any left over acid, the bodies of the shades, even the sense of pain is completely gone. The group is left standing, in an open area, with only each other, Eris, and the girl left.... Or so it seems.
The orb tries to reform again, its voice echoing through the chamber
N: F... Foolish. So long as they need my assistance, I can never go away. I'll come back, over and over again, until finally mankind can be freed.
It begins to coalesce into the familiar shape, only to stop, numberless voices echo out in the darkness. They're from people of all, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Such as these.
V1: I've earned my life, I don't need anyone telling me otherwise
V2: Growing up can be scary, and that's ok. Being scared is a part of life.
V3: There's no need to cry anymore. So long as I can live my life, that's enough for me.
The orb slowly but surely finishes dissapating in Kazuya's light, with no more than a faint echo of its existence. A whisper in the wind.
Outside of the dream, the creature's central orb bursts in a shower of light, with the attacks from both sides, the dream has finally shattered, leaving the many points of light to return back to where they came from. The Eris outside smiles, and watches the light show.
Inside, the dream begins to fade away as Eris runs over, to kneel by the girl. She seems to be struggling, though she's still not dead. She smiles, and holds Eris's hand
G: You've grown, haven't you? You're no longer the scared little girl who first called out to us.... I wish I could have met you earlier. But, I suppose none of that matters now....
