Story wise I don’t like it. Gameplay wise it is beyond amazing.

I'm excited cause now I can firmly figure out what stories it'll be taking inspiration from. There are enough hints now, that once I look into my Spider-Man history, I should be able to figure out any other surprise villains and the story we might get.

If only the black suit still existed with Venom

Honestly we might see a version of that suit, and maybe two versions of Venom, if I'm placing my timeline right.

Basically Osborn in charge of SHIELD, and there are many similarities between that events and what can be scene in this trailer and the last one.

He’s elected Mayor in this one and locks up Fisk

True, that's one of the differences, but at that point in time Fisk was in a lower position of power as he was no longer kingpin (my mistake sorry). Mister Negative showing up also lines up with it, and it can be said that Osborn as mayor is to parallel his leadership of SHIELD because I have a feeling they might not show up.
