Just say what it is you have to do at night or else you won’t sleep as well. For me, it’s not having a fan on. If a fan isn’t on sleep will rarely come to me.
Watch stuff, like a lot of videos. No matter how interesting it is, that runs me down the fastest, because I'm just sitting there and watching; not actually doing anything.
I need to have the fan on along with the TV with something playing on it because I am deathly afraid of the dark. I also need two pillows one on my head and one underneath it. I also require the blankets to be pulled over my whole body. Right before it's time for me to sleep I also drink warm chocolate milk. If even one of these is not a factor in the night, then I can't sleep
