I never really close with my cousins. Mainly it seems like my cousins just change every year. More the less then more again you know? Plus they are younger than me, except for one, but they abandoned the family.

Plus they are younger than me, except for one, but they abandoned the family. I get that but honestly, I'd just let it be. Trying to force a relationship is awkward for everyone involved. In my family, your either born close, or your not and that's just the way out is our whole lives. Now I'm not saying that my family is the healthiest in the world cause it definitely isn't, but either the connection is there or it's not. It might not always be that way, but let it come naturally.
