No, they're ceilings. They aren't made to support downward weight, nor are floors made to be suspended in the air.
Their difference is a lot more than just placement, nor could they just be flipped and work the same as the other.
depends if the room has nothing in it. It had a clay floor and clay walls with a clay ceeling and what was on the floor could be picked up then sure it could just be a floor in the air
