Testing: Power of Bonds
The hole in the sidewalk is clean and smooth, as if someone had carved it neatly. A spiraling flight of stairs descends downwards into blackness. The ground is cracked in other areas around the city, but not broken.
On her way home from school, a certain blue-haired girl had made it a habit of walking by this hole, she normally doesn't enter, but likes to keep an eye on it to be safe. While walking by today
Is it just me, or does something seem... Off, about it today? Well, there's only one way to find out.
After adjusting the ring on her left hand, Sayaka Miki begins walking down the staircase and into the darkness below
*Hazno was walking through the streets of this strange world, he soon noticed the blue-haired girl go down the hole, he goes to the hole seeing its a staircase. Hanzo took out his bow and arrow and walks down the stairs*
Tatsuya wanders down the streets, he'd casually glance around for anything off... Wait, who the fuck put that hole there anyways?
"Okay seriously? Random holes outta nowhere aren't exactly comforting... Well, I can't exactly let some dumbass get themself hurt, guess it's time to go work."
With that he sets off, drawing a blade from his back as flames light up on it. He'd hold it out with both hands aiming to use the weapon in place of a torch as he walks into the darkness.
The trio descend, with the schoolgirl leading the way. Already, they can see what looks like a city near the bottom. Multiple buildings are knocked over, and cracks snake across the ground. A ball of red light suddenly appears with a brilliant flash, lighting up the area from the "sky" like a sun.
*Hanzo looks at the city or whats left of it anyways, he knew that something must have caused all of this to happened*
What could have done this
Schoolbag over her shoulder, Sayaka Miki walks towards the light, blissfully unaware of the two people following her
I wonder, is this some kinda labyrinth? Mami mentioned witches often draw people here, both the normal and magical girl kind,
Well underground now, Sayaka's ring turns into a small, egg-shaped jewel with a crescent moon on top. She grasps it with a grin
Nothing to do but get to work.
As Sayaka focuses on the gem, it begins to glow with a faint blue light, before engulfing her completely. When the light fades, Sayaka's school uniform has been replaced with blue and white button down strapless top, a blue skirt, white stockings with a blue stripe, teal boots, a white, thigh-long cape, and 2 pairs of gloves. The first pair a midnight-blue that goes up to her elbows,
while the second are a standard-sized white. Having changed into her Magical Girl form, Sayaka conjures a circle of notes beneath her and leaps further into the area, a virtual blur of blue
OOC: Soul gem at 1%
Tatsu looks at the school girl... Why in the hell is she down here? Let alone leading.
"Oi, might want to let me take point up there yeah? I'm pretty good at this whole "whatever the fuck we're fighting this time" thing. Judging by your looks... I'd say I've been fighting monsters since before ya were born."
With that he picks up his pace, the city looks like... What happened after they failed really, or Kazuya's dungeon perhaps. Either way, he attempts to take point rather than let Sayaka do it, and looks back at Hanzo for a moment.
"Lots of things could do this, nukes, pissed off gods, demons rampaging through the city, you know, the usual works... Oh, and if you two need something ta call me, Tatsu works fine."
Something else is in the city.
A shadow falls over Sayaka for a moment, then moves away towards a nearby rooftop.
Something brushes aside some rubble up ahead. A dog or a beast?
There's a few buildings still intact, although the number of destroyed ones increases as one goes straight ahead.
*Honor looks at the boy in red in disbelief*
What do you mean pissed off gods, demons... I have never heard of that before...
*Hanzo soon runs further into the area*
Having already leapt ahead, Sayaka doesn't hear Tatsuya, instead she notices the shadow and grins, before conjuring another circle beneath her
Well then, looks like I found it already.
With that, Sayaka leaps off her circle and begins following the shadow, she leaps off into the air, conjures another circle of music notes beneath her, and leaps on top of the building, sword at the ready
This whole Magical Girl business isn't quite as hard as I thought it'd be
Upon actually looking at him, Hanzo would notice that Tatsuya appears to be in his mid 30s various faded scars can be seen on the man's face as he smirks at the archer.
"Welcome to the Nexus pal, we get that shit all the time around here... And of course the fucking kid rushes off by herself. Gimme a hand, Lucifer!"
Darkness bursts out around Tatsu and a horned humanoid figure with large wings forms in front of him, he'd then quickly leap onto the demon Lord's back and fly up to the building. He then leaps off and lands in front of Sayaka, he'd shoot the girl a cocky smirk before turning forward.
"Yare yare daze, didn't even bother to listen to anything I was saying before running off... If I didn't know better Magical Girl-chan, I'd say you have no awareness of the things around you!"
Hanzo passes the shuffling noise, soon coming to a stop at the edge of a massive hole. The narrator would say "crater," but there appears to be no bottom. Soft footsteps come from nearby...
Sayaka and Tatsuya are greeted by a brown-feathered bird... person. If a mythology-savvy person had to guess, it is likely a harpy. She whirls around and puffs up her feathers. "Wh-who are you? More of those things?"
Sayaka takes a quick step back, getting rather close to the edge of the building when Tatsuya flies up there with her... She huffs and crosses her arms
You're not even supposed to be here, risking our lives is a Magical Girl's job first and foremost....
She blinks for a moment, wait, he just flat-out called her a Magical Girl before she said anything. Sayaka turns to him in shock
When did you learn about Magical Girls? I thought I'd been doing a pretty good job keeping it a secret, fighting from the shadows, just like a hero's supposed to do.
With that taken care of, Sayaka poses confidently and turns to the harpy... She just looks at them for a moment before posing dramatically
My name is Sayaka Miki, and I am a Magical Girl, my job is to protect the innocent from monsters and people who are worse than them. You don't seem so bad, have any idea what's with this hole?
*Hanzo quickly aims his bow where the footsteps are coming from*
ooc: Certainly.
Once seeing the hole in the ground,Eito would go down it,muttering curses to himself,a series of events which had at this point become routine.
"Wonder what i'll find this time."
Tatsu chuckles and shrugs, heh... Mentioning Demon Might not be the best idea right now, no clue if the kid knows her,
but she is a Magical Girl so it's not unthinkable.
"I have my sources! And I could say the same to you about danger, I'm a Demon Hunter after all, so saving people is my thing too... Well, and getting paid when I can!"
He'd then turn to the demon and... Stow his blade on his back as Lucifer vanishes into the air. Tatsu smiles at her and waves.
"And I have no idea what you mean by those things, but I'm just a guy who tries to keep people from getting killed by monsters... And the odd human, god, I digress though. Can you tell us what exactly are "those things"? "
As he continues on the joking toner gives way to a dead serious one, his eyes darting about as Tatsuya scans the area around them for threats. Wouldn't do to get ambushed.
Eito descends to see an underground ruined city, complete with a red "sun" in the black sky.
Hanzo's bow ends up being pointed straight at another man's face. He yells and jumps back, holding up a metal pipe. "Whoa!"
"Hole? I guess that tail left a hole..." The harpy shrugs. "I know about as much as you do. That demon you had there looked a lot like the creatures roaming around here... plus, some of the humans ain't nice. One nearly shot me earlier."
Geez really? Demon Hunter or not... At least try talking before ya start shooting.
"Well, don't worry about Lucifer he's... Not really a demon, more like a part of me actually. Anyways, what's with these guys who were shooting? Got any clues what they looked like, markings on their gear, names, anything could be useful."
*Hanzo looked at the man keeping his bow pulled back, ready to fire*
Tell me who you are and what happened here
Eito's eyes squint at the sight,his eyes turning slightly yellow.
"What the hell?"
He decides to wander in search of anything particularly interesting.
You have your sources...
There’s only one Magical Girl she’s met around here, and they had been talking.... Sayaka turns back to Tatsuya, she’s clearly annoyed
You’ve met Homura Akemi haven’t you? She kept telling me not to bother hiding it, but at least she’s started fighting now.
With a huff, Sayaka sheathed her sword and turns back to the Harpy
So there are people down here too? Where can I find them? I’d like to be able to make sure they’re alright.
Ooc: Too late to join?
Eito soon finds that the rubble houses some... interesting sounds. To be specific, something is pawing around in it... A few intact buildings obscure its form.
"Didn't get a good look at them, but I... think I saw some dark hair? Yeah, that's right." The harpy shrugs, then nods to Sayaka. "If you know the jerk that shot at me, then I'd be glad to know who he or she is. I think the humans that are actually alive are in some of the buildings..."
"Look, I'm not here to cause trouble, okay? Just here because... I don't know. Just put that stupid bow down, and we'll talk." He points his pipe at Hanzo's weapon.
ooc: Still open.
*Hanzo puts his bow down and puts his arrow away without saying a word*
"Homura Akemi... You could say that, older, had demon wings, is fucking insane? We used to be friends but uh... Wait wait."
This girl wouldn't likely be so casual about her, no, the other one that Gamma mentioned then. The Demon wouldn't offer advice in the least bit.
"Yeah I ain't met your Homura, there's two around here and if you see the one I mentioned? Do not piss her off, or even make her notice you if it can be avoided. But yeah, I definitely have met A Homura Akemi, just not the one you're thinking of. Anyways, let's get into some buildings! Hopefully nobody starts shooting just because of my weapons!"
And with that, the man casually leaps off a fucking roof,
he'd roll down to the ground before springing back up and looking around to try and find somewhere that's still intact.
Eito,slightly paranoid,draws his hand gun and starts aiming it around.
"Man,having a gun is so much better than some goddamn knives."
Eito's eyes change to red as he smirks a little.
Kotori has been exploring, having entered after the party,
and finds Sayaka and Tatsuya
Ah.
Hi!
A girl in a uniform was poking around, looking around in the rubble for who knows what. She perhaps entered earlier, quietly.
Eventually, she pulls out what seems to be an onyx, perhaps broken off of some statue that existed in one of the buildings.
I think I'll be keeping this... Good start.
Sayaka groans and grips her head
You’ve got to be joking, there are two Homura Akemis around here? And NEITHER of them is the one I... Hate to say it, but the one I’m familiar with?
Sayaka sighs and shakes her head, it’s almost like a nightmare
Well don’t trust either of them, the Homura I know is a liar and a fraud, I can’t imagine they’re all completely different.
With that out of the way, Sayaka nods to the Harpy and leaps off the building
Thanks for the advice, I’ll go find them, you can count on me. If they’re just attacking at random I’ll get them to stop.
Conjuring a circle to her side and leaps off it into the top floor of the building, once inside she’d begin looking around for any people who might be around
"Eh? Alright then..." The harpy shrugs, then flies off...
Tatsuya spots a building a ways away from the destruction's epicenter. The entrance looks normal enough.
Sayaka breaks through a window with ease and is greeted with an empty interior. Some scattered papers cover an office desk. The faint flutter of wings comes from behind her. The harpy probably followed upon hearing the noise.
Eito soon comes across Senri, who's innocently poking through the rubble. That may have been the earlier sound.
"See? We can be civil. I'm Ren. You get taken here too?" The man lets his pipe lower, scraping against the pavement.

The test is in its preliminary stages... perhaps I shall speed things up.

Eito points his gun at Senri in slight panic before lowering it after realizing it's her.
"Oh,uh...Hey..."
The teen's yellow eyes start glowing.
*Hanzo look at the man*
My name is Hanzo and no I did not, I found a hole in the streets and I went down it and here I am
Tatsu looks over the door for traps, place doesn't seem safe so he's checking for a good few minutes before going in.
If it looks safe, if not, he'd pull out a block of C4 and place it on the door, blowing the whole thing to bits once he's reached a safe distance from it.
Ah, salutations, Eito-kun.
Senri puts the onyx in her blazer.
Have you come in search of new horizons as well?
Sayaka looks back to the Harpy and raises an eyebrow
I thought you were scared of these people? Might not want to go looking for them with me.
After that she’d walk up to the desk and begin reading some of the papers, maybe it’ll have some clue as to where the people are
I’d suggest getting somewhere safe before anything happens, after all, you don’t seem used to fighting.

Kotori decides to follow Tatsuya, since jumping off the building is a bad idea
Hello Tatsuya-san....
Eito shrugs,his eyes turning an idle brown.
"Not really,it's just become kind of a tradition for me to enter these holes whenever I see them."
Eito's eyes widen momentarily.
"..."
"I did not mean for that to sound as sexual as it did."
Eito scratches his head,his eyes turning pink.
"Uhm,regardless,I wanted to apologize for what happened in the mall,a little while back..."
"It's just...I've known a few people who had...Problems and I guess you set me off."
Tatsu looks back at the girl and smiles, geez he was a bit distracted himself.
"Oh hey Kotori! Jeez sorry about not seeing you before, dunno what I was thinking but uh yeah. Anyways, what brings you down here?"
Looking for training, stuff to sell for money.
She looks at Kuru
Equal parts that, and getting lost.
"Eh, I'm fine. Besides, my chances are better if I stick around a friendly magical human like you," the harpy replies. She looks over Sayaka's shoulder at the notes, which seem to be some kind of finance report.
The door's safe, so Tatsu heads right in. As Kotori enters after him, she swears they're being watched... Something off to the left hall drags against the floor. Up ahead are a flight of stairs.
As Senri and Eito chat, they hear that noise again. Of something digging.
"Great. Juuust great. You mind showing me the way outta this dump?" The ground cracks near Ren's feet. "And we better hurry. It's like this place is falling apart."
"Training huh... Ya know, I'm not the best swordsman ever, but I could probably show you a thing or two if ya want."
Tatsuya ceases speaking as his head darts to the left, something is a bit strange there and he aims to find out what exactly they're dealing with. He'd rest a hand near his sword and walk towards the source of the sound.
"But we can talk later, for now just stay behind me and be careful. If we're lucky, it's another demon I can just talk my way past."
Eh? I'd forgotten all about that.
No hard feelings. I know I have issues. That's why I explore places like this, and look everywhere that I can... So that maybe, I won't need all that anymore.
My health isn't something you should be worried about. Whatever happens to me... I don't plan to die until I get back what I lost.
Senri looked up to where the sky would be, but it was just more dome.
I guess I know how this city feels... I want to change that though.
...Hmm?
Senri looks down at the ground.
Aha. Moles? Or perhaps something else...
She draws the beamsword that she recieved from Addalme and stabs at the ground.
*Hanzo nods*
If you have anyone with you then bring them here, if not then tell me then we can get out of here
Sayaka sighs and tosses the boring old notes aside, nothing important here.
Alright, if you’re sure, can I at least get a name to call you by? Would be a lot easier, especially when we meet some others.
Sayaka smiles and gives the Harpy a thumbs up before continuing to search the building for any signs of life
Just stay behind me and I’ll make sure you stay safe, ok?

Kotori grabs Kuru's hilt, but doesn't draw it, instead opting to examine the stairway
Eito takes out his gun once again and aims it at the ground.
"Yeah,I can't really do much now. My knives are just normal,so I can't do that..."
He taps his gun to indicate it.
"Regular bullets won't do crap and my fire dust will probably kill us faster than any fucking mole man we find."
The teen shrugs.
"Anyway,while we're still not fighting for our lives,I want you to know that no matter what you say,I will worry about your health."
"We're...Friends?If you'd call us that. Either way,you ain't dying while i'm here."

Indeed. There was a time I didn't really care about having friends anymore, but, someone special showed me otherwise. We are allies and friends, Eito-kun.
Senri smiled as she recalled something and nodded to Eito, still trying to open the ground.
As a small spark of energy is felt between Senri and Eito, a very annoyed reptile bursts out of the ground. It puts its front claws onto the surface to steady itself, with the rest of its body still in the rubble. Its armored head gleams in the red light.
"Got it! And call me Ari, I guess!" The harpy replies cheerfully, following Sayaka as they find a set of stairs. As soon as they take a few steps down, the building shakes a little.
The sound rises in intensity, until something big and furry crashes into tje wall right beside Tatsu. Silver chains drag along the ground, broken. The shackles are smoking with the smell of burnt flesh. The beast slowly turns around and roars.
"Uh... I think there's some people underground. There's gotta be a manhole somewhere- oh, just down the street. Let's hurry the Hell up!" Ren dashes ahead.
I know! I just had to check. There's no point in getting flanked!
As there seems to be nothing up the stairway, Kotori returns to Tatsuya
Alright! I'm ready!
*Hanzo followed with his bow and arrow ready to fire at any monster*
Sayaka turns and smiles back at the Ari before going downstairs
Alright then Ari, nice to meet you
A few steps down, Sayaka begins to lose her footing as the building shakes, she leaps down the rest of the staircase, and glances back at Ari
Try to keep up, Ari, I’m in a bit of a rush.
with that the begins dashing around the next floor, searching for signs of anything still alive
"Uhhh..."
"Do we kill it?"
Eito's eyes change from red to green as he aims his pistol straight at the lizard's head.
Ah, so it wasn't a mole.
Let's try not to be rash, Eito-kun. It may be intelligent.
Senri leans down.
Be you a demon, or something else?
Eito sighs in relief.
"Thank fuck.That thing is too amazing to kill."
Eito puts his gun away as he leans down next to Senri.
Tatsu stares at the thing, rather than strikingly first however...
"Hello there, so are you another demon? If you're not just here to attack, I'd prefer to avoid needless violence! So let's see if we can't talk this crap out or something."
He'd speak up, watching the beast curiously as he prepares to block in the likely event it can't or won't negotiate.
The lizard glares at the two and makes a hissing sound in the back of its throat. A white mist flows out from its jaws.
As Ari and Sayaka descend, something hits the wall nearby. A few other thumps come seconds later. As they reach the next floor down, they can see a cracked floor through the stairway door's window. Upon further inspection, a hole has been torn through the center of the floor.
Hanzo and Ren find themselves in some oddly decent-smelling sewers. Black vines coil around, giving off a sweet scent. They thicken to the left.
The wolf-like beast shakes its head, as if getting out of a daze, then roars and claws at Tatsuya.

Well, doesn't look like it feels like talking. Time to do this the old fashion way.
Senri holds her breath in the white mist, taking a swing at its head with her beam sword.
*Hanzo keeps following Ren*
Sayaka grins and immediately leaps down the hole, waving for Ari to follow
Alright, sounds like that’s the source of the shaking. If it’s hostile I’ll need to dispatch it, so make sure to give me some distance, ok?
Eito too holds his breath as he draws his gun AGAIN and attempts to shoot the thing thrice.
"Goddamnit."
After taking the shots,he tries to cover his eyes,just in case.
Uwa!
Kotori jumps back in surprise, reaching for Kuru and drawing the longsword
Ok..... My first battle with Kuru.
Ei!
Kotori rushes at the wolf, enchanting herself with wind and leaping at its head, thrusting the sword out and trying to stab it in the eye
Tatsuya sighs to himself and pulls the blade from his back in a blur, he was expecting this after all, and he slams Gram into the beast's claws in order to block them. From there, however, he'd light the holy sword up in a burst of flames hoping to burn it for the trouble of attacking him up close.
"Tch, and here I was hoping to pull some demon negotiation here. Oh well, at least I can say that I tried non-violence! Looks like the time for words has long passed... Bad luck, running into me!"
Most of the bullets bounce off, and the beam sword appears to do nothing... But a stray bullet is heated by the plasma, penetrating the thick armor. The reptile screeches and shoots out a glassy ball with that same white mist. It pulls itself out a little more and gathers more mist in its mouth.
Onward Ren and Hanzo go. The scent becomes overwhelming, and the flowers more numerous. The tangle of vines seems empty, but in the blink of an eye, there are a few people here. Perfect.
"With these wings? I could give you all the distance in the world!" Despite Ari's confident tone, her expression turns to one of worry as a black, skinny monster slams into the door before launching off towards another wall.
The wolf howls as the flames burn its hands. It stumbles back and raises its arms in one swift motion, smacking both Tatsu and the charging Kotori with heavy silver chains. It slams its hands against the ground to put the flames out, although there's still smoke coming from its shackles.
Eh?
Senri takes the glass ball up close, which shatters against her and knocks her back. Ouch. If only she had her armor...
Damnit...
Our attacks were ineffective alone... The bullets you shot through my swords heat seemed to hurt it though.
Senri picks herself up extends her beam sword, like a gate between Eito and the creature.
Shoot through it, before it gets free!
*Hanzo covers his mouth and nose with his jacket*
Eito nods manically.
"You don't have to tell me twice!"
Eyes turning crimson,Eito would unload the rest of the gun's clip on the lizard,a more than slightly psychotic smirk on his face.

Tatsuya stabs his blade into the ground, inhuman strength smashing whatever passes for floor and allowing him to use the sword as a grip. He'd still be struck by the chains and stumble a bit, but it's not enough to send him flying back or anything.
"Wow, looks my fire works against you huh? Well then... Let's show him true flames, Apollo come and lay waste to our foes!
The man smirks as fire dances around him, Apollo bursting to life in front of him and rushing forward to the wolf. The Persona would conjure a pair of blades out of its magic, the burning constructs being swung at both of the wolf's shoulders in an attempt to cut into it, and scorch away some nerves so it can't move as well.
Geh!
Kotori is thrown to the ground from the impact
......
Ouch....
Ok.... that didn't work...
She pulls a throwing knife out and charges it with fire throwing it at the wolf's back, where the flames will discharge on impact
Then here we go.
Sayaka opens the door and leaps into the room, three swords seem to fall from under her cloak one by one, each of which Sayaka catches and tosses just ahead of the black creature, hoping to catch it as it dashed around
It doesn’t look too friendly right now, we might be able to calm it down, but until then keep a safe distance.
OOC: Soul Gem at 8% now
Fire only fuels the wolf's rage. Despite its battered body, something in its mind snaps, and it slams its shackles together. An explosion of blue fire is sent down the hall, scorching the walls black. Its ragged breath is interrupted by occasional coughs as it turns towards Kotori.

As she extends her beam sword, Senri notices that the shrapnel wasn't the only damage the glass ball did. The spot where she got hit burns like fire, yet feels incredibly cold. However, this doesn't matter, as the bullets go through the blade and hit home. One of them strikes the lizard in the neck, and it begins choking and spewing white fog.

The swords are knocked aside by the black blur, clattering towards the ground. It lunges towards the two...
"G-get back!"
Ari leaps in front of Sayaka, and a green gust comes from her wings, slowing the creature down. It stops momentarily to catch itself on the door frame.

As Ren yells something at the people, Hanzo notices that their form is flickering. Flowers sway in a sudden breeze.
*Hanzo begins to back away getting ready to run or fight if nessasury*
Eito's eyes turn solid yellow as they widen.
"Shit!Don't breath and cover yourself!"
Eito holds his breath and pulls his hood over his head and his hands into his sleeves while very messily and slowly reloading.
Tatsuya scoffs as the flames slam into him, it won't hurt him but... He'd quickly dart in front of Kotori, attempting to pull the girl close and make sure his own body blocks the attack for her.
"Geez, this guy is really pissed now huh? Well, he should be done soon enough."
Apollo presses the offense, this time forming the pair of blades into one before pumping more magic into it, by the time he's done the thing would be about the size of the wolf, going from its head down to right before the tail as Apollo rushes into the air. He'd then quickly aim to slam the greatsword down through the center of the beast aiming to turn its whole body into two burned pieces.
The adrenaline leaving her, Senri begins to feel the effects of what happened. It was like freezerburn or something. She clinches her chest and haunches down to one knee, looking a little pale. She flimsily kept her sword up to use as a plasma bullet cannon, but it was taking all she had, hand shaking as she tightly clinched her chest more.
What the fuck did that thing do to me? It burns...!
Sayaka briefly steps back behind the harpy... She shakes her head and dashes around Ari
Th... Thanks, but you should be more careful, I’m a lot tougher than I look, no need to worry about me.
Sayaka conjures a circle of notes to her left and uses them to leap off towards the creature while its stopped, sword poised ahead of her in hopes of driving it through the creature with all her weight
OOC: we’re at 9% now, going a bit slower than normal
"Fucking hell!"
Eito moves to cover Senri,throwing her his coat.
"Don't fucking breathe!"
Eito finishes reloading and fires a couple times more through the laser sword.

Kotori is dragged next to Tatsuya as the brunt of the blast is taken, the heat coming off of the flames still scraping past,
Reddening her skin
T-Thanks....
Sorry.
She stands next to Tatsuya, charging a knife with lightning and tossing it at the Greatsword, adding the lightning charge to it
The mist suddenly lessens as the lizard collapses from both the bullets and its choking, a trickle of mist coming from its mouth. It twitches feebly as its body swells.

The wolf lets out one last roar, cut off by its body being burned in two. It falls to the ground, its shackles burning its flesh even in depth. Are they just seeing things, or is that staircase leading down now...?

The sword easily pierces the creature's ribcage, but it goes through a little too easily. As if there's nothing inside. It yanks its body out and launches itself upwards, lashing its barbed tail at the magical girl.
Eito's yellow eyes start glowing upon seeing the lizard starts inflating.
"Video games have tought me too much!It's gonna fucking explode!"
Senri drops her beam sword, wrapping Eito's coat collar around her mouth to resist the mist getting into her system before clinching her chest again.
Is it dead...?
Sayaka's eyes open wide as the creature easily pulls itself off of her sword, but there's no time to worry about it, she immediately slashes at the base of the creature's barbed tail, in hopes of severing it and causing it to fall to the floor. If that doesn't work she's not moving out of the way, so the tail would strike her

Kotori looks at the staircase as she sheaths her sword
Should we blow up the ceiling to get where it was going before? Or just go down?
Apollo vanishes as the man grins at Kotori, phew good thing he got over the fast enough to block for her.
"Hey, no problem! What are friends for after all right? Not like that stuff could hurt me anyway, so no reason I shouldn't keep you from getting hurt!"
He'd then toss Gram back onto his back before walking over to the stairs, for some reason... They go down now, well, either way, nothing to do but keep moving and see how everything goes, he'd take the lead and walk slowly enough for the girl to keep up with him easily, she's pretty short after all gotta take it a little easy. Upon hearing her question, he'd shrug.
"Well, I'm curious about the top but... Chances are we'll need to look both ways anyway, and usually, the hidden route is the more exciting one in these things! So for now, down it is."

Senri pushed herself up and away from Eito, backing away from the creature in spite of the pain.
"Then let's get move on!"
Eito runs and proceeds to literally throw himself behind anything that could be classified as cover in this situation.
The stairs go down, almost too long. The concrete underneath their feet shifts a little, and upon closer inspection, it's fragmented. At the bottom is a room with a fractured granite floor. A woman, with a cloak that covers everything but her face, sits on top of an altar with her eyes closed.

Hanzo's dragons knock aside Ren, and slam into the foliage. The illusionary humans vanish as a mandible lunges with some of the vines towards Hanzo.

Sayaka's sword slices off the tip of the tail, releasing a neon green liquid. The creature clicks loudly and leaps towards the hole, catching the other side of it with its claws. It swings down and lands on the lower level.
"Y-yeah, thanks! But I'll still help out!" Ari launches herself into the air, spreading her wings to glide over the hole.

The two get back, but not far enough. An icy-cold explosion shakes the area, sending them back into a wall from the shockwave. The sheer volume of the sound makes their ears ring, and it's only through the vibrations in the ground that they feel the earth starting to crack.
*Hanzo shoots some of the vines with his arrows before grabbing Ren and using a lighter to burn the vines covering the way out*

Senri is flung into a building, further increasing the torment her body was in. The stone hitting connecting with her back and head was devastating. She felt dizzy, and the burning didn't help. She noticed the ground cracking through vibration alone, but she couldn't pick herself up in time...

Like glass breaking, her Persona appears, lifting Senri up on her floating throne. The Persona then reached for Eito, offering him her hand.
The man pauses for a moment... Yeah, he's gotta figure out what the hell she was thinking when pulling that stunt. Sadly, however, the woman before them makes him stop thinking of that, and call out to her.
"Sup! So how's it going down here on this cool looking altar that was guarded by a demon of some kind and seems to be for a ritual!? Why if I had ta guess you're doing something fun and most likely dangerous down here, but please do explain I'm very curious as to this place's purpose."
In spite of sounding friendly and joking with a grin on his face, the message behind his words should be pretty clear to anyone hearing them... Unless she's just completely clueless about this whole people thing that is.
Eito's eyes suddenly turned crimson,glowing immensely.His huffs and puffs turned into deeper,more controlled breaths as he batted Mania's hand away.
"No pity."
Slowly easing himself up,he manages to get up on all fours.
"No regrets."
The teen gets up and leans on the wall,completely depending on it.
"And no giving up until Death!"
He finally manages to push off the wall,standing completely on his own,despite the searing pain.

Senri and Mania nodded in unison, flying away from the crack zone without Eito. He had to survive with his own strength; that was understood by both girl and Persona.
Senri's sudden strength surges as she tries to lift Eito, but he's refusing. No matter. This strength is within him as well. The cracks snake around Eito as the ground under his feet crumbles.

The woman doesn't reply. Slowly and deliberately, she steps off the altar, grabbing a staff with a gloved hand. A pair of white wings spread to turn her fall into a smooth glide down the steps. The wings fold back into her outfit, and she gently taps the ground with the staff. Golden light pulses through the cracks, shaking the room.

A lighter creates some flames, but it's too small of a thing to burn the vines fast enough. The mandibles grab Hanzo's arm, although they end up mostly closing around Ren. A strong tug sends Hanzo reeling backwards.

The creature leaps forward, although a strong gust from Ari sends its body into the sword once more. Thrown off, it can only give a small scratch to Sayaka's leg before it's forced to land again.

Taking a running start,with very few breaths before,Eito sprints to a window and runs staright through,staying airborne for a moment before ineviatbly falling.
"I can do this. I can do this. I can do this."
The mantra continued as he fell,before finally reaching the ground and quickly rolling to avoid any damage.
"I fucking did it."
His usual smirk takes the calm look's place on his face.He confidently flips off the sky and any gods that in existance before the injury,confusion,probable concussion and sailing through the sky catch up to him,forcing him to fall down again to keep all his focus on not vomiting his guts out.

The hammer comes out of Kotori's palm as she infuses herself with an earth enchantment, ready to fight, but waiting for Tatsuya's signal.
She's not going to achieve anything by getting in the way, but she burns with the desire to fight
Tatsuya sighs to himself as the woman prepares to fight... Geez, why can't anyone around here just talk this crap out? Fucking, he tries to at least get a response and is completely blown off
"Oh come on really!? Can't we just settle our differences like rational beings that don't have to resort to violence constantly, I love a good fight but Christ lady, there's no need to react this way is there?"
He motions for Kotori to hold for a moment, stepping a bit closer to the woman before them as he prepares to once again leap into action... Geez, how does Kazuya do this talking crap so easily anyways?
Somehow, Eito's crazy maneuver left him with some shards of glass in his skin, but he's better than if he had fallen a few hundred feet into nothingness. Not exactly looking good, though.
Hanzo will eventually find himself in the middle of the road above with one Hell of a headache.

Sayaka hardly seems to feel the scratch as a faint blue light glows around the injured area, healing it almost immediately, with the creature back on the ground, Sayaka eagerly dashes towards it

Sayaka imbues her blade with a blue light, and conjures a circle of notes to spring off of to the creature's right side, afterwards, she'd conjure another in order to alter her direction, leaping behind the creature, before finally creating a third , lined up with it perfectly, to jump directly over the creature, with only a few inches between them. Sayaka takes her magic imbued blade and tries to run it down the creature as she passes over it

The creature doesn't even have time to make a sound as its skull cracks open. Nothing comes out, although there's the sound of something cracking. The monster falls many stories down, until it disappears in a purple mist.
"Ha! Good riddance!" Ari lands near one of the holes in the floors.

"I am doing what is asked. The Law is in place." The woman nods to herself, then steps forward, the area around her body shimmering with a rainbow light for a second. A ball of yellow light forms around her staff.

Kotori rushes at the woman, swinging her hammer as she runs, sending a heavy burst of wind in her direction as Kotori herself leaps above and brings the hammer down on her, using the earth enchantment to increase her weight and the damage of the attack
Tatsu drawls sarcasticly as a silver revolver forms in his hands.
"Oh the Law is that it? You another Angel bot or some crap? Please, I don't give a fuck what my laws say, let alone yours... So with that out of the way, let's put an end to this quickly!"
Dark magic flows around the gun, orbs of darkness shooting from it and rushing towards her ball of light. With any luck, the darkness will cause a reaction.
Sayaka grins and conjures one last circle to jump to a safe spot near Ari, where she offers the harpy a high five

"Dunno, seen strange creatures all over here. Whatever it was, it made a mess of this building. Looks like a boring o-" Ari is nearly beaned by a stapler. "...I was wrong. Hey, stop throwing boring human stuff! I know that monster coulda spooked you, but geez!"
It seems she found at least one survivor.

Hearing Ari's cries, Sayaka jumps near the edge of the hole, grabbing the edge in order to let her swing in to the floor Ari wound up in. She tries to smile reassuringly to the survivor

Tatsu makes a lip flapping motion with his left and mouths bla bla bla to Kotori, he's clearly bored beyond belief with Law Bot 9000 here.

He'd then dart forward as Lucifer blurs to life, bladed whips of darkness forming in the monster's hands as he lashes them right through Tatsuya, the man himself being right next to their foe and drawing Gram as they hit. He'd then aim to slam the firey weapon into the shoulder carrying her staff.

Kotori infuses herself with wind, speeding her up as she rushes to the staff, if she gets there first, Kotori will get between the two an bring her hammer down on it as hard as she possibly can, attempting to break it in two.
If she's too late, she'll send another burst of wind at the staff, trying to get it out of the woman's reach again

Sayaka nods to Ari before slowly approaching the young girl, kneeling so the girl can see her entirely

Rather than attacks head on, Apollo bursts to life behind her and tosses his hands to the sky. A roaring cage of flames engulfs the woman's whole body. At this point he's aiming to just cook her alive rather than do something easy to block.
"You ain't going anywhere lady, I'll be your opponent from now on so don't forget that till you're done for good!"
"Hmm."
The woman stares directly at the flames, which part as the barrier activates again. She takes out a small cloth and wipes her forehead.
"It is rather warm."
The altar shatters, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

"...Really?" The small girl slowly reaches for Sayaka's hand, and steps out from behind the desk. Ari huffs, but can't hide her satisfaction as she prepares to glide down.
Sayaka smiles and grabs the girl's hand, leading them towards the edge of a hole

With a wide grin, Sayaka makes it to the edge of the hole, and bends down to let the girl climb on her. In the meantime she looks through the nearest hole to see if the black cloud is still down there

"The Law is not based on the power of a single person-" She's interrupted as Kotori grabs her and slams her down. She lifts up a finger. "But there are loopholes. Like that."
She snaps open her yellow eyes, and her pupils narrow into slits. The bottom of her cloak is blown aside as a thick, feathery, white leg kicks up to knock Kotori away.

The kick hits, but given that Kotori is pretty much stuck to the ground she doesn't go anywhere nor does she flinch, grabbing the leg and using it as a handle to smash her against the ground as many times as she can
"Okay, but more importantly what is the Law doing? All I'm asking here is if you're like trying to enslave people or murdering the unclean, ya know. Law stuff?"
Tatsu eyes her face, trying to gauge how the woman reacts but... She's a tough one to crack so far, no telling if he can get this one figured out.
Sayaka tells stories of the outside world as they slowly leave the building.
I used to go to Mitakihara Middle School, but I ended up... Moving here recently, so its been a bit of an effort adjusting. Still, I've managed to get back to school and in my spare time I do this whole, hero thing, oh, that reminds me.

Tatsu would rush over to the falling floor, leaning down and trying to grab hold of Kotori's hand... Well, hopefully he can pull her up and keep from having to go down there.

Tatsu glares at the woman and draws his Evoker from his waist, he'd slam the gun to his skull before Lucifer and Satan appear with what passes for smirks on their faces.
"I think I'll just lay waste to you actually, I do not like being threatened."
Vast waves of Almighty magic flow between the two Personas before forming into a massive sword, about 20 feet long and 5 feet wide, in spite of this the pair grabs hold of their blade and flies toward the woman.
"Let's show her our power now, and maybe she'll actually hurt from this one."
Tatsu flicks open his lighter and glances at the flames.
His Personas however, rush at her. Blade swinging wildly around them as they dart it across her from several angles, they'd then smash the thing into her shield and break down their blade, the magic entering it and attempting to overload the thing with sheer unbelievable force.
ARMAGEDDON V3.0! SHIELD BREAKER!
The spell would then do one of two things, assuming her shield is gone by now then it'd explode inwards, the vast force rushing towards her body and form a contained blast.
If it were still standing though, the attack would instead attempt to seep through the barrier. Aiming to form a small orb of compressed magic before exploding violently with both it and their foe inside of the shield.
The woman looks incredibly calm at first... then notices the shield begin to crack.
"So this is how it ends... I suppose two Personas count as two people..."
She closes her eyes as an explosion rocks the area. The floor collapses, yet something black and scaly lifts Tatsuya and Kotori upwards, passing the trio on the stairs: Sayaka, Rep, and the now-very-baffled Kamilla.
D-dammit..... I was right..... the third time.... why didn't I do it......
She lays on the "Thing" cursing herself
Sayaka's eyes go wide as something seems to be dragging Tatsuya and Kotori upwards, she tightens her grip on Kamilla's hand and tries to run past Rep with the girl in tow

Tatsuya looks at Kotori and sighs... Arguing with the parasite no doubt, but he saw the Magical Girl on her way so perhaps asking about it isn't best.
"Oi, keep quiet about that thing Kotori, I don't think you need anyone who doesn't already know hearing you talk to it yeah?"
He'd then wave at her casually, walking off towards the place they came in from with a smirk on his face. Sure they uh didn't pull off the win the "right way", but Lucifer and Satan got the job done regardless. He'd then look over at Sayaka and smirk, hah him in trouble? If he's in danger then she'd likely just be tossing her life away... Not that he'll say that.
"Don't worry about me Sayaka, like I said dealing with this stuff is my job! I've been fighting with magic for 20 years after all, so it'd be pretty sad if I couldn't deal with something like this don't ya think?"
