I'd say that unless you want to just throw it away or re-gift it to someone you know who does like those kinds of games,it'd be best if you politely told her that you appreciated her gift,but it wasn't exactly the kind of thing you'd play regularly. Now,if you'd wanna ask for a receipt and go refund it,I can't help you out on that one. Not that I can help you out anyway,but i'm just saying what sounds logical to me. At least you're 1. Getting cash for it, to get what you want, so it is essentially still THEIR gift, or giving it to someone who might like it more.
