Zach looks down at the girl and shrugs, he highly doubts he's got anything in common with these people, if they're doing what he thinks they are that is.
"I'm assuming they held you prisoner or something of the sort? Worry not, the reason I deal in items is that I'm unwilling to do something like that to people... Once upon a time, I slew a madman of a king for such things being done."
Toad King... There's someone he hasn't thought about in quite some time, dungeons full of people and laws that anyone sane would rebel against, he's not about to do anything that reminds him of that one.
"You seem nice enough, so I'm struggling to see why someone would do such a thing really. Let me know if this group comes by, I might... Wish to chat with them. Regardless, I believe I should do something now."
Insight hmm? Perhaps if one were to simply recite insightful facts at their foe? Seems unlikely,
but he'll try it regardless... The man flies down, and speaks as plainly and dryly as possible to the burning child.
"Care to hear about my homeworld child? In the smoke mines of Damien, workers are sent down to the bottom of the place to remove metal from it, letting loose smoke trapped deep underground. Then using an odd range of tools, some of that smoke is bottled up and shipped off to various places. The rest freely flows..."
He pauses for dramatic effect, taking a breath and smiling at the child almost like some deranged cat, nobody would know, but he's aiming to look like The Judge.
"Making up the air which people of my world breath. As one of four elements, Smoke's quite important. We'd all die without it, having nothing to breath and suffocating."
He then simply stares at her curiously, wondering if such madness can be called "Insight" in any way, well, it's entirely true so perhaps.
