I can image this as a loading screen to the bosses. first it's just the bottom right (Aki/Jester) then once you fight a boss (shadow Aki) in a flashback the bottom left then finally the top part (Azalea) will appear somewhere after that.
But this also could be three different paths for the final boss aka Shadow Aki would be the boss of the good route, Aki could be the boss of the evil route and Azalea could be the true final boss
