Hoo boy, we're in for another one. Welcome to round 2 of The Otaku Box Review, hosted by yours truly! And this time, it's the "special" March box*! *self-proclaimed. Once again, I'm utterly disappointed. But since last time I started with the bad points, I may as well begin with the good points this time. First off, it was very fast, as I got last month's 10 days ago. They said they shipped them out about half a week ago, but I wasn't expecting this speed. For that, The Otaku Box, you have my respect. Now onto the items I like. The button this month is of Purple Heart of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series (which our server may or may not be related to), who is a character I can get behind. Another is this "acrylic stand" thing, which features Jibril from No Game No Life, which if you didn't know, I'm a very big fan of. That one is going on the shelf. The figure this time is somewhat meh. It's of Hatsune Miku, which is a fine character, but I'd rather have a figure of many other characters instead. The figure is decent quality, but Miku's too flat for my taste.. Onto the bad (are you surprised?). HOLY CRAP, THESE GUYS LOVE SAO. Like Jesus fucking Christ. I didn't want any dumb card stickers, and I especially didn't want any from SAO. Those are going in the trash, unless someone wants to buy them. Next up, the weird Rias towel. As previously stated, I am a fan of High School DxD, but I never said I wanted to rub a hot demon girl on my naked body. Okay, that sentence was a bit weird, but why a towel? Not only that, but the materials are cheap (unsurprisingly), it's all crusty, and it's tiny. One more thing, they've horizontally compressed her too, so she doesn't even look normal. Last and definitely least (okay, maybe SAO is worse), the T-shirt and cloth poster. When I opened this up, my first thought was "who the hell is this?". I then looked at the pamphlet-type thing that's included and apparently it's "Guild Girl" from Goblin Slayer. What? What the actual fuck? There are many attractive females in that series, many of them with names. So why "Guild Girl"? Like seriously, are you implying the best girl in the show is one from the background? Ugh, this is seriously stressing me out for no good reason. I didn't even really enjoy Goblin Slayer either, so that's fun. Cloth is still cheap as hell, and the T-shirt seems to be made cheaper too, so that's cool. Overall, this one was so much worse than the last one. Still never gonna wear or use any of these. 3/10, holy crap I would maybe spend $15 dollars on this.
