On the outskirts of a traditional village stood a famous hotel known worldwide for its hot springs.

The staff consists of unnamed side characters who never come into focus, as a consequence they have no design as well. They are never heard speaking and are only assumed to exist when main characters reference "staff members". These elusive characters evade the sights of even omnipotent gods, yet somehow are able to maintain perfect service and give residences exactly what they want without ever being seen.
