I have two words blocked from posting completely because someone spammed one sentence in the past.
But those words are only blocked if they are uppercase. Are you using caps?

what were the two words? also no. Like when I click "Add".. nothing happens. and when I click it again, it notifies me to wait 20 seconds. and it repeats

Then it's most likely just server lagging, sometimes happenes.
I forgot to add notification if your request (posting a comment) times out.
