Just gonna list forum related stuff to fix for your convenience.

1. You can't register with a space in your username anymore. It feels like an early bird special now since old (in relativity) accounts like mine have the space.

2. Stay logged in. I'm sure this one needs no explanation 'cause I know people get logged out at the drop of a hat. Also maybe give an option to log in privately if you add a "currently online" thing.

3. Don't forget to implement a way to block PMs from certain people when you put that in cause I imagine someone is gonna get flooded/spammed one day and wish it was an option though given how easy it is to just make a new account it wouldn't add up to much.

4. Are you still planning on resetting all accounts, by the way? It was something you mentioned in passing early on in the site's history that you would wipe all accounts and have everyone start anew. Not sure if you're still doing that but just an update in case others are wondering besides myself.

Thanks for all the work so far Mishimadmin you're a great pal. There's also an interesting idea I had but I'll bring that up later.

Thinking about it, if any others have concerns with the site then a thread titled "For Mishima(dmin)" would be a good place to express them.

I wonder why Mishima removed the ability to add spaces in usernames.

It likely was unintentional. I doubt people with spaces as their username are much of a problem at all and so it was probably the byproduct of another change to the forum. Hopefully it's either fix or we're told why this is now the case.

@Suguru Kamoshida Yep, the fact that spaces are not allowed anymore is due to the new username filter.
I'll think about bringing the spaces back but it would require a bit of extra work to make sure people don't abuse that.

2. That is harder than you think. I can change server config so all users will be logged in until they log out manually.
Making "keep me logged in" feature for each user may lead to security problems and would require me to rewrite logging/signing system.

3. I'll see what I can do to limit the posibilities for spam.

4. I should but nah.

I recall someone suggesting to remove the capabilty due to zero width space, or some such, being a sort of loop hole in register to create accounts. Say I wanted to register Suguru Kamoshida but obviously thats taken by you, all I would have to do is slip zero-width space somewhere in the username during registry and I could own a new account using Suguru Kamoshido. So Mishima took it out to prevent confusion with identical looking usernames, most likely.
