This is probably just a guy who wants to mess with us. Also that number code there is gonna be hard to decipher since the number is really long and there's no indication if it's single or double digit.
The numbers are supposed to represent letters, but it's hard to know exactly what letter a certain number is because he types it in a straight line...huh
