I assume it's the same as having a good Izanagi, really backward and long fusion

Here's how you make a good Arsene:

Fuse him with something else.

Seriously though Arsene looks cool but if you actually want to make him GOOD? Have fun using the Gallows for hours.

I'll admit, I should have seen that one coming .

Raise him up 1 level at a time, It's a pain in the ass, but it lets you choose what stats increase each level by re-selecting the material until the desired stats are highlighted.

Can you give Arsene a resistance to everything?

Huh? I gave my arsene growth 3 at the start of my NG+ and then I'll see if I can get skill cards? *prepares to be bashed*

I mean, if you want a good Arsene build, maybe try either a typical phys or dark skill build and make sure to compensate for his weakness. Aside from that, I can't really see him being worth it with all the fusion and leveling you'll have to do make him work.

in the Gallows, if the persona you're trying to strengthen will gain a level, the stats it will increase will be highlighted, you can exit and come back in over and over to randomize which stats increase, the less stats highlighted the greatest the boost there, so you can try and force certain stats to increase over others

Honestly though I think I got my Arsene to around level 30 before giving up on him cuz even forcing his stat growth and giving him certain skills he was still kinda
pitiful
I just gave up on him and played through the endgame with a Randa i loaded with support and strong phys skills, boosted her STR a lot and put her into lockdown to make sure she could ignore instant death spells
worked wonders and decimated just about everything
except shido's first phase that actually threw me for a loop

I mean..i might give up the second I get to fuse Sataneal.


I hear it's downhill after that.


My ultimate goal it to fuse all the confidant persona, and use them. Making the ultimate joker.

Honestly you could just say screw the backward fusion and just utilize some skill cards instead since they are easy to get. Izanagi dlc helps aloooooot with this though. You can itemize izanagi into growth 3 (100% when not in battle ). So just set him up via backwards fusion or skill cards , stick growth 3 on and just grind away.
