Accessing PhanSite Requires VPN
Is it just me, or do we need a VPN to access the PhanSite? I tried accessing the PhanSite w/o VPN, but I just got a "took to long to respond" error.

Also, I live in Southeast Asia, if that helps.

It's home WiFi, and I don't block any websites blocked, so I doubt it's that.

The IP address of the VPN says it's in Netherlands

I live in the Philippines and it's not blocked here. Probably something with your ISP or something else

Maybe your ISP blocked sites that may have NSFW stuff in them? There are porn posts here before.
