Lady Ann and the Thieves are going to a modeling place. One of the models there suddenly makes a loud outburst and becomes extremely violent. The Thieves think this might be because of her distorted desires, however, it was too sudden and similar to a psychotic breakdown. And then Joker starts receiving guitar lessons from daddy Sojiro and the tutorial begins. That night, the group decide to investigate mementos to see if they could find any clues. Upon entering, they find that the shadows wouldn't let them in mementos entirely. Upon discussion, they reach the conclusion that they need to soothe the hearts the people. So, after an hour long sequence of cutscenes, the thieves begin to play the song "beneath the mask" in Cafe LeBlanc. With Joker playing the guitar, Oracle working the techy stuff, Fox playing base, Mona rocking the drums and Lady Ann singing with a beautiful voice that even the angels themselves strive for. This makes Mementos open up. In Mementos, you ride in the Mona van as normal. However, whenever you encounter a shadow, the Mona van turns into a concert stage and you defeat the enemies with the power of rock.
