Physically, you need to keep hygiene up by cleansing yourself with soap and clean water. For your soul, holy water may be needed as well. As for mentally, I direct you to finding pure pictures of bunnies and cute things to see that everything is right with the world.
If you feel like you are straying back to your current behavior, you can always repeat this.
