Yeah, then after the game ended Kitagawa made a topic named "Press F for Frog" and that's about it. He was also asking us if we wanna see his frog during the game.

Yeah, it started in CAH when the "User Kitagawa's frog" card first showed up. Someone in the chat said press F to frog and then next thing we knew everyone would just say it at random and everyone would F.
