The heart is something I feel should not be tampered with if can be avoided. However, at times humanity needs a guiding hand to save it, especially when an outside force wishes it harm.

So in layman's terms, you like the outcome, disapprove of the method.

People need to change themselves, and if they are unable to do that they will eventually lead themselves to destruction.

Hmm yeah it is kinda messed up playing with people's hearts like that. On the other hand though the whole thing was a bad situation. Even without Yaldabaoth involved Shido's plans had to be stopped.. heh sometimes I miss Nyarlathotep at least that was clear cut.
