Cooking with Pixie episode 1 - sweet apple curry
Don't laugh it's really good

Ingredients:
500g chicken fillet
Potatoes (I use 3 largish ones)
4 carrots
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
2 cooking apples (avoid regular dessert apples)
Rice
Curry powder
Butter

Prep: Cut the chicken into small strips or cubes. Peel the potatoes and carrots and do the same. Dice the onion. Peel the apples, slice out the cores, and slice it the rest into cubes too. Peel the garlic clove and crush it; if you don't have a garlic crusher then slice it as small as you can. Go boil some rice while everything else is cooking.

1 - fry the onion in a pan with a tablespoon of butter. After a few minutes, add the diced chicken. Mix it in and let it cook on a medium-high heat.

2 - boil potatoes in another pot in about 500ml of water. After 10 minutes, add the apples. Then after 5 more minutes, add the carrots. Then add the chicken and onions from the other pan and let it boil.

3 - in the now empty pan, melt a tablespoon of butter on a low heat, then slowly add curry powder to the pan until the liquid is nice and THICC. Now you're cooking with pixie!

4 - once the pot is boiling let it simmer down. Then add the roux from the other pan and let it simmer on low heat until it's NICE

5 - serve up your sickass sweet curry with the rice.
Oh shit, actual cooking.

Good post OP. Taking this to start the journey into learning how to cook more than just omelets.

Question: How many does this normally serve?
@delta-m It's good for two servings. Feel free to scale up the ingredients though.
This actually sounds pretty good.
I just realised I forgot to mention adding the garlic with the onions during the first step... so yeah do that
ooo i might have to do this sometime
I know what I'm making soon!
