I took one of my mom's sleeping pills so that i could rest (because i slept for 4 hours), but i'm feeling woozy and a little bit... Well "high", i'm not sure what to do, but i like the feeling.

I highly doubt sleeping pills can make one high. While I haven't done anything drug related, if you're feeling woozy then it's normal.
