Hit Ctrl F5 and try again.
That will do a clean refresh on the webpage.

The restrictions are designed to stop repeated spam posts, so if the server was lagging before the first post went, it'll trigger the security.

Ctrl F5 should clearn the cache and try again.

@Joker Not quite. There are two layers of security. There's simple browser timeout that won't let you send another request to the server if 6 seconds haven't passed. However I forgot to add special warning so it just uses the "not enough characters" alert.

Server also checks if 10 seconds have passed since last post and if not then you should get proper "wait 10 seconds" message.
