Is Mishima(admin) a reptile?

Hey all! I know i said that i was gonna leave, but something crossed my mind. Is Mishima a reptile? I mean, just look at the site and how it looks like... Wouldn't a reptile do something similar? And i read up on wiki that repltiles like stripes and look around... Stripes everywhere... Not sure what this means... What do you have to say Mishima?
