I know i was posting poetry, but now i need some help. Will the pain go away or should i worry?

I heard maggots helped. (No joke.) Sterile, lab-raised green bottle fly larvae are used for maggot debridement therapy (MDT), in which maggots are applied to non-healing wounds, especially diabetic foot ulcers, to promote healing. Maggots clean the wound, remove dead tissue and secrete anti-microbial factors.

Just rinse your wound in cold water for a bit. Dry it carefully. And leave it. Possibly have it covered in a bandage/plaster.
The pain is normal...Because it is a wound...let it heal.

Do not blame the soap if anything happens as it is not the soap's fault.
