What are the odds of Mishima wanting to do something like that though? Or at least someone knowing how to code that in.

I'm gonna talk out of my ass for a sec, cause I haven't done much in a while, but:

case topic[1]
topic.gloweffect10 = true

do that for each topic in the top 10, and have the effect get dimmer as it goes down. also, looking at it now, that's the worst possible way to have written that, I am honestly upset with myself.
