Hey. I certainly hope that these phantom thieves are not just some sort of myth, but actually do exist. Recently, my best friend has taken a turn for the worst. He is treating me like shit, and has had multiple outbursts at both his peers and our teachers. There are rumors that he has been engaging in illegal activity such as petty theft, which I can support with some evidence. His outbursts are making me fear for my safety, and he has threatened me before. He lives very close by me, and he can easily access my house at any time.
