Half of the time I get things like Agilao turning into something useless like Panic Boost which doesn't help if your Persona has no panic skills. I just don't do them.
But you gotta roll the dice man you might get The Good Shit
In nocturne it doesn't even tell you WHICH skill is gonna morph so it's never worth doing unless you're outside a save point, however the skills you can morph into are even more ridiculous sometimes
