Most of the votes are probably based on character, rather than performance. Smart people like you often seem more "out of reach" which is probably why the votes tend to go more into the director of Joker/Hazama.
Dont worry about it, you're doing great.

I didn't actually look at the numbers. Performance is more important than popularity for a purely functional job like moderation. I am a piece for the community's prosperity, not an idol to be adored, so the numbers aren't worth looking at.
