The crew save Futaba, except after leaving her in a coma on her bed with no food or water for 3 weeks she dies. Sojiro goes to prison for child abuse, MC is forced to move out again. With no one to keep him in check, Ryuji gets kicked out of the group for being too loud and annoying, and starts his own group, the Neo Phantom Thieves, with Mishima and Goro.

I would support the Neo Phantom Thieves.

Nyarly actually destroyed everything for good and no one could save anything and Eternal Punishment, Persona 3, 4, and 5 are just dreams of what could have happened that flash through Tatsuya's eyes as everything is ruined.

Snow Queen quest bad ending is the canon ending. The world was frozen over by the snow queen the the survivors slowly freeze to death, telling stories to each other (P2-P5) as they inch closer to death.

Akira is expelled and arrested when the phantom thieves do anything suspicious that they et away with in game.

After you finish Shidos palace it is actually revealed that the culprit is
still amongst you.
Akira goes to Leblanc just to know that Sojiro is missing, later he accidently steps over a Palace...
Sojiros, who became the actual Villian.
Goro still survived and thanks you for defeating his Dad
and they all go to change Sojiro.

As they reach the Treasure Room, Akira gets hit by a
