Very well, I shall describe it to the best of my abilities. It was a standard government research facility, always very busy and clean, with white walls and filled with researchers.

The research subjects were exceptionally gifted children. These subjects were often tested so the researchers could learn more about their abilities. Some of their research practices could be considered.. Questionable at best.
