*Kalib flips the switch and the neon sign outside begins glowing and reads "OPEN".*

*Kalib goes back to the door wondering why it was so quiet...Turns out, he left the sign on "CLOSED". After fixing the sign to "OPEN" he begins cleaning the GYM.*

Well, that's fine, Ene. You can learn a thing or two by seeing how others fight, and applying it to your own fighting.
That's how I learned, for the most part.

I am not really interested in fighting though unless it's for a competition.

I can cover my blade with magic, but that's about it, other than that I'm self-taught.

I guess, Kind of just picked up my own style from fighting shadows and other persona users.

*Readies his sword to his left before running in a curved line to his left towards Tatsu, then trying to slash across his mid-region*

I guess I could do with more practice...though I've been training quite a bit lately.

*He swipes his blade against Em's than leaps back and stands ready to counter.* Uh sorry about that man, I just saw you holding your sword than got that ready *He laughs and rubs the back of his head* I guess just call it a learning experience? *His eyes go dead serious as he watches Em for movement* But frankly in a real fight yes, actually I'd do much worse.

*She watches the fighting with fascination*

Damn, I did forgot how fast you are. Maybe offensive is a better approach...
*Pulls his sword away from Tatsu's, takes his left hand off the sword, and slices diagonally beginning from a bit below Tatss's mid-region*

*He twists away letting the blade scrape against his torso as he tries to kick Em's feet out from under him* Not bad but it takes more than a flesh wound ta stun me.

Don't worry, these rounds are designed so they don't pierce a target. They will however, sting like nobody's business!

*Kalib aims at PK's right knee and pulls the trigger.*

Of course not! I trust my aim, but I don't want to accidentally kill someone in training. Even if we have magic, I'd rather not have that on my conscience.

*two Jack Frosts appear and fuse together to form waffles a giant Knight clad in armour

*He shakes his head than rushes over to Em again and tries to stab for his left shoulder while aiming a kick into Em's chest* I'd expect nothing less from you... Actually though I'm curious about you, how'd you even end up going to Remnant in the first place? I seem to recall you saying you weren't from there.

You do know you can bring back the recently dead right!? I mean some weapons can put a stop to that but we don't use them.

*Kalib is engulfed by flame before manipulating the fire into a sword in his left hand.*

So, a shield spell? Tetra was it? *Kalib smirks and grabs a rock off the ground.*

Let's give this a shot.

*Kalib charges forward and throws the rock at PK, preparing to strike.*

*Dodges the shoulder stab, and takes the kick, but stands his ground and grabs it*
Heh, it's not really the best story. I've been to a lot of places. Remnant just happened to be one of them, nothing more.
*Pushes him away by the his foot, before bringing his sword down two handed right onto him.*

Tatsuya

*He grabs his sword with both hands and pushes it against Em's* See this is why I don't do close that often, I'm not all that strong. And you're just the average universe hopper? Seems pretty interesting to me.

Dont underestimate me Kalib! Ive got more tricks up my sleeve!Waffles protect me!

*Waffles appear and casts Marakarn on Pancake Knight,before he runs in and slashes at Kalib

*Pushes back against Tatsu*
It's interesting I guess, but it's also a bit depressing. Once you've seen all sorts of places, not much else is really that special anymore. Everything just starts to look the same.

*He tries to knee Em in the gut as he continues straining against the blade* You seem awful young to be that jaded. *He laughs* Hell you sound like a 400 some odd year old vampire I know.

Right, Inferno made the blade...gotcha....oh crap!

*Kalib parries the strike and jumps back.*

Huh. Clever. Well, here goes my newest trick.

*Kalib pulls out a strange looking grenade and crushes it. Almighty light surrounds him and he lets out a pained scream, however the light moves to his right hand to form a sword breaker dagger.*

Gah...alright. Let's see you block my almighty swor-

*Kalib looks at his dagger.*

Huh. Well I can make do.

Emerson

*Gets kneed, and backs off*
I only stayed in places for weeks at a time, with only a few exceptions, and even then it wasn't very long. I suppose I just... wore myself out with everything I did. I guess it's why I like the Nexus so much.

Pancake_Knight

Hmm interesting,manipulating almighty! Alright thenthat's Waffles! Aid me!

*Waffles cast heat riser on Pancake knight,before he rushes and slashes multiple times at Kalib

Huh sounds pretty rough... I know the feeling though as a hunter I was always running from place to place grasping at the next thread that might get my friends back.

*He presses the offense by rushing at Em while swinging his blade in a flurry aimed at EM's chest and shoulders* Still weren't you going to try and play offense?

*Kalib tries to parry the slashes but is cut up and pushed back.*

Damn. I have no clue how to use a dagger! Leo, Spartan Roar! I need a speed boost!

*The spartan appears and lets out a mighty war cry, buffing ATK/DEF/SPD.*

Phew. Better.

*Kalib rushes in and attempts to ram PK with his shoulder, holding his dagger aimed at PK's stomach.*

Emerson

*Parries most of the blows, but a few get through and cut his skin*
I was, but then you asked me a question. I can go back to it, if you want.
*Begins to flurry at Tatsu himself, but decides to strike with more power but with less speed*

Tatsuya

*He blocks the strikes while backing away but lets the last one go into his shoulder while rushing around Em to try and stab his side* Heh it's cool. Actually this talk is pretty interesting... Seems we have a lot in common actually.

Yu-Narukami

I guess I'll just watch this all unfold.

Tatsuya

I mean you could join if we wanted to have a 3 man brawl. But those get messy fast.

Pancake_Knight

*Pancake knight tries to block but is caught off guard by the burst of speed

Off that hurts! Alright new plan! Waffles!

*Waffles shoots down a giant lightning bolt at Pancake Knight,the ground around him is shocked and his laser sword absorbs all of the energy and grows into a long spear

Alright! I knew that battery I got from Lady Star would help!

*Pancake knight then begins to stab at Kalib with the long spear

There we go, I'm getting the hang of it now!

*Kalib's eyes shine with determination.*

*Kalib feigns a frontal assault and instead slides along the ground, slashing at PK's ankles.*

Argh! Damn! Okay! Let me try this!

*Waffles defuses back into the 2 Jack Frosts, then Pancake knight throws them his crossbow and they start shooting at Kalib,while Pancake Knight starts to slash at Kalib

I suppose. Honestly, I'd like to hear more about your little adventure, slaying Hitler and whatnot.
*Tries to dodge the side stab, but it ends up giving him a fairly deep cut.*
Ah, that one hurt...
*He then aims a slice towards Tatsu's neck region, with restraint.*

*He ducks under the swing and slams his head into Em's chest* Well I'd be happy to talk about it, what exactly do you want to hear?

Leonidas! Time to turn up the heat! Maragidyne! And keep those arrows off of me!

*A sea of flames washes over the Jack Frosts. Leonidas trying to block the incoming bolts, however a couple get though and stab Kalib.*

GAH! Hah...alright...kudos, that was clever.

*Kalib parries the slashes from PK and forces him back. Kalib then grabs PK and tosses him a good distance away.*

Emerson

*Puts his sword into the ground to break his fall*
I mean, I don't really know much about it, really. Just that you fought Hitler and Nyarly, and some thing about rumors coming true.
*Pulls his sword out and rushes towards Tatsu, looking ready to strike high, but then quickly strafes around to his left and stabs*

Pancake_Knight

*Pancake knight barely recovers in time,with a few scrapes.

Tch.. gonna have to wait them to reappear.

*Pancake knight takes a defensive stance and fires crossbow shots, at Kalibs legs to slow him down

Tatsuya

*Sees right through the feint and blocks the stab than tries to knock Em's blade out of his hands by slamming his sword into it* It takes more than that to confuse me Em I've been fighting longer than some people here have been alive.

And I guess I could tell you about when I got my Persona... When I was a kid a man named Sudou burned down a shrine with Maya and I in it.

She get her Persona and broke out, then she fell the hell down soon after. He saw it and tried to kill her for being a "Witch", at the ripe old age of 8 I got my Persona and burned his fucking eye out. And that my friend is where it all started going to hell.

Emerson

Ah, but you see, this was not just a feint, but a double feint!
*Holds his Sword firmly and tries to kick Tatsu's feet from under him*
Wait, you burned out his eye? Like, literally burned? That must've sucked for him.

Tatsuya

*He falls down but rolls to the side and tries to stab Em's leg from the ground* Yeah I was pissed... Hell I was trying to just burn the bastard to death frankly, funnily enough later on he ended being one of our foes. Thus cementing in my mind that one should deal with enemies sooner rather than later.

Emerson

*Lifts his foot up and attempts to pin his sword to the ground*
Huh. I guess I get you a bit better now, then.

Tatsuya

*He pulls it away than rolls away leaps up and gets back into a counter stance* Well I'd say we've both learned something about one and other then Em... Who knew that fighting was so good for that. *He chuckles* Oh who am I kidding who doesn't.

*The bolts connect, and Kalib lets out a cry as he starts charging at PK again.*

Tch. It's going to take a lot more than that!

*Kalib grips his dagger tight as he aims right for PK's heart.*

*Pancake knight lets kalib get close but at the last second side steps and hits Kalib in the back of the head, with his crossbow stock.

Ooc: yep no problems!

*Begins to ready himself to rush Tatsu, but falls and kneels*
Ah, I really shouldn't of taken that hit earlier.
It wasn't much, but I think it's enough to call this a match...

*Kalib lays motionless for a moment, but then lets out a disturbing laugh as he rises.*

*A dark aura surrounds Kalib?*

Xerxes. Show him our fury. ABYSSAL WINGS!

*A shadowy giant appears and unleashes a barrage of ebony blades at Pancake Knight.*

*He nods and rubs at his shoulder... he looks at some blood on his hand* Huh yeah I'd say so, blood loss don't do much for me anymore you? *Hyperion appears and a light engulfs them both closing Tatsuya's wound* Still that was pretty good, and I think my training might be doing some good for me.

"Thou hast ranked up Hierophant again"

*The voice subsides.*

*Sarasvati appears and a wall of Rock shoots up to stop the blades* Kalib I think that's far enough don't you?

*He pulls out his shortsword, and presses another button on the hilt. The blade of the sword retracts into itself, tilts downwards, and turns into a pistol.*

Em is right. I'm one of the strongest Persona users here at the risk of sounding like a jackass, in the end though I'd trade all my power to get their memories back if I could.
