I'm actually waiting for it to charge but after that I will kick someone's ass if asked. I am fairly sure my previous talents at MK8 on the Wii U will transfer well, especially with the apparent removal of firehopping.
Unfortunately, my friend, I have not played a single Mario Kart since Double Dash (which was the best btw) so it is not likely for me to be able to play you in this one. My apologies.
While Double Dash is indeed the best (I miss Birdo as a playable character) I must say that MK8 is certainly one of the funnest we've had in quite a while.
Simply put, I don't have enough interest in them as a group game to bother keeping up with them, and I have Double Dash for whenever I want to do one alone.
I was only able to afford one by spending the vast majority of my Graduation gifts- which would have gotten me a good percentage of the way to a gaming PC, or perhaps a few months of proper internet.
Regardless, even if I wanted MK8, I can't afford it. I haven't the faintest how much I'll be paid, nor how much my physical therapy bill is going to be...
I am playing now, though in the baby ranks as I begin my climb back to the top. Do you wish to join? Or perhaps I could join you. I do get many more points for beating high level racers when I am in the baby level of points.
Tbh Im baby level too, so I got nothing really to brag on as of right now. Im unable to play as of now, but maybe tomorrow, and don't expect to win easily.
I hope you do not expect an easy win as well. I will destroy you as soon as I get my cart parts back. To make it worse I usually play as a featherweight character.
I have gotten first every race in the baby games thus far and also a few times I have sat at the finish line so I could line up a shot on the poor bastard behind me.
