Question about starter personas

Is it possible to stick with your starter persona for the whole game? I LOVE Izanagi, but he levels up WAY too slow for him to be feasible in the late game. How do I fix it? I wanna stick with him the whole game, but it just isn't working.

In P3:FES if you max all social links in a playthrough, you get a better version of Orpheus.

I've seen people stick with izanagi in their p4g playthroughs. I've even stuck with Orpheus in my P3P female playtrhough. It's possible and not that hard at all imo. I haven't seen people stick with Arsene the whole P5 playthrough though.

Depends on which version you're playing, the original, doing it is madness, but the remakes add skill cards and easier ways to gain exp sometimes so it's much more feasible.

Its always hard, considered a self-inflicted challenge. But its also always possible if you're careful.

Cause when my whole party was at level 10, Izanagi was still like level 4 and I only used him.

I don't wanna give him up, but if it'll be hard then I'll have to.

I will say Izanagi's resistances are pretty good for a kind of annoying late-game boss, so doing an Izanagi only run has that benefit.

But even early game. I think it's stupid to stick with your starter for so long, even if he's cool.

Maybe once you've gotten to farther dungeons, start using him at the end of the battle to gain all the exp or when you see a golden hand, make sure you switch to Izanagi before the battle ends.
