I've been on a three day streak of falling asleep around 6 am and sleeping during the morning and into the afternoon. Yesterday I fell asleep at 2 am but that's as much good sleep as I can get. Melatonin isn't much of an option since the store nearby sells them in really small dosage and I can't be trusted with pills. I've also tried reading but that's how ive landed in this situation in the first place. Help.
