(Non-Canon) Pokemon Safari Zone

Welcome to my Safari Zone! After being whisked away to this wondrous land, I couldn't help but set up my favorite pass time to share with you all!
Now, those of you may not be familiar with this, and that's fine! I can quickly go over the rules for you!

Upon entering the Safari Zone, you may catch many types of Pokemon within it's walls. However, you cannot send your own Pokemon to battle them. What you have at your disposal is Bait, and Rocks. Bait will entice the Pokemon to stay and eat, however it will be less likely to be caught. Rocks will anger the Pokemon, making them easier to catch, but also more likely to flee.

To begin, please pay 500 PokÃ©, and you will be able to roam freely among the patches of grass currently available.

*The man takes the yen.*
*Kalib has obtained 25 Safari Balls.*

*A young teen approaches the zone. He steps up to the counter, and pulls his hat over his eyes. Black jacket flowing behind him, the boy does his best to make his voice sound gruff as he speaks to the person in front of him.*

I'm here to catch some PokÃ©mon...

*He reaches into a pocket and places 500 PokÃ© on the counter and waits.*

*The man takes the PokÃ©.*

*As he enters the tall grass, he begins to walk slowly.*

*Hibki throws a rock at the wild Doduo. The wild Doduo is furious!*
*The wild Doduo stays, angrily staring down Hibki.*

*Walking through the grass, Kalib encounters a wild Nidorina!*

Hey there lil' fella! Look what I got here for ya!

*He takes the items and enters the zone. Looking around, the teen decides it's best to pick a direction on stick with it until the edge of the zone is reached. Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, he starts walking diagonally to the right of the entrance.*

*Kalib gives some bait to the Nidorina. The Nidorina happily begins to eat the bait, but is wary of Kalib.*

*Delta? encounters a wild Parasect while walking!*

*Hibki throws the Safari Ball at the Doduo. One shake... two shake... it breaks out!
The Doduo continues to stare at Hibki, but doesn't look as furious as it once was.*

I don't blame ya little Missy, I'd be wary of food from strangers too.

*He reaches into his other pocket and grabs the small ball, as he presses the center it begins to grow until its the size of his hand.*

Alright. I'm not about to be shown up by some bug. Safari ball don't fail me now.

*Tossing the ball into the air, the teen spins to gain momentum and punches it straight at the Parasect in what appears to be a very practiced maneuver*

*While walking around, Naby encounters a wild Paras!*

*Kalib throws the Safari Ball at the Nidorina. One shake... it breaks free!
The Nidorina looks expectantly at Kalib.*

*The Doduo happily eats the Bait Hibki gives it!*

*Delta? throws the Safari Ball as the Parasect. One shake... two shakes... three shakes..! It breaks free!
The Parasect stays, watching Delta eagerly with it's beady eyes.*

Well it was worth a shot...here...

*He tosses another piece of food to the Nidorina.*

For the love of... Once more. This time with feeling.

*He throws another ball into the air, this time hitting it with a roundhouse kick towards the Parasect.*

*Naby throws the Safari Ball at the Paras! One shake... two shake... it breaks free! The wild Paras flees in terror!*

*Kalib hands another piece of bait to the Nidorina. The Nidorina is creeped out by the creepy man offering her food and flees!*

*Delta? throws another Safari Ball! One shake... it breaks free! The Parasect looks at him, confused.*

*Kalib treks further to the back of the zone.*

You know what... you win this round. But if I see you again, it'll be a different story.

*He pulls his hat over his eyes and walks past the Parasect, searching for a climbable tree.*

*Naby continues to walk, and encounters a wild NidoranF!*

*Kalib flees from the Nidorina, and encounters a wild Tauros!*

*Delta flees from the Parasect, and find a wild NidoranF!*

*Kalib grins upon seeing the massive bull and strikes the Matador's signature stance.*

*Kalib reaches for the rock in his pocket. He winds up for a pitch and pelts the beast with the stone.*

*He picks up a rock and gets a feel for its weight. Feigning that he was leaving the area, the boy suddenly whips around and throws the rock as hard as he can at the NidoranF*

*Naby throws bait to the NidoranF. It begins to eat the bait!*

*Kalib throws a rock at the Tauros. It's furious! The Tauros begins to stamp it's feet while staring down Kalib.*

*Delta throws a rock at the NidoranF. It runs away, scared of the scary man who throws rocks at poor innocent rodents!*

*Kalib grins at the bull before taking the small orb out of his pocket. With ease he presses the button to grow the ball as it spins on his finger.*

I like the fire in your eyes Tauros! Let's dance!

*Kalib turns his cap backwards before grabbing the ball in his hand. He does a single spin and tosses the ball at the beast.*

*Kalib puts the Safari Ball on his belt and continues walking deeper into the park, setting his cap straight once more.*
