The people that will stand by her through whatever danger might come your way? Start acting like it. What they need, more than anything else right now, is the strength of heart to accept themselves. What you're doing now isn't helping.

I know this from experience, strength of heart is an infectious thing. When those around you support you and lend you their courage it slowly but surely gives you the strength you need.
