Armory Part Whatever: Subtitle
*A run down armory sits with its front doors open. Sounds of metal clanging can be heard inside, and a feel of heat is in the air around the entire building.*

*Alice finds her way to the building and inside.*

Huh... This place was here the entire time?

*walks in* hey Em. Okay, time to get what I came here for last time. *Puts her minigun on the counter* a want a drill minigun.

*Kalib walks into the Armory.*

Oh! Hey Alice! What brings you to the armory?
Emerson
*Inside the building, racks of weapons ranging from pistols to gauntlets are inside, with any possible empty space being filled with armor and various other things.
Behind the counter, Em stands at a forge banging away on a freshly heated piece of metal. Once he hears Star, he stops, and heads over to the counter.*

Oh, nice timing. Here.

*Em puts a drill onto the counter, which fits perfectly on the end of the minigun.*

Spinning the barrels causes it to drill. If you don't fire and just spin it, you can just drill.

Kalib? You knew this place existed too? Wow I'm out of the loop, I actually just found this place! So its an armory huh? I guess I should've known by the sound of metal.
Raidou Kuzunoha
[Raidou enters, followed by Gouto as usual. The cat gracefully bounces around the wares, eyeing each weapon carefully. Raidou walks around doing the same, only stopping to wave to Kalib and Alice as he walks by them before continuing to inspect the weaponry.]

Okay. Thanks. I believe I already paid for it, so I'll just be going now. *Fits the drill onto the minigun and walks out*

No problem, stop by any time!

*He waves to Star before looking to Raidou.*

Is there anything I can do for you? Anything you're looking for in particular?

*Kalib smiles and waves back at Raidou and Gouto.*

And I've been friends with Em for awhile, he owns the place!

*He points over to the counter.*

It's a huge help having a smithy in our group!

*Aitome walks into the store looking quite dazed until he snaps out of it, and takes a look around noticing alot of people

*Although not with a wave, Alice acknowledges Raidou with a smile before turning her attention to Emerson. She had been listening to what Kalib had to say about the place.*

Oh my that he does. I don't really have anything fancy sooo... Maybe it might not be a bad idea to look around?

[Raidou draws his sword, an obviously well-worn katana. Though it has seen a lot of use as evidenced by the chips in the blade and hilt, it has been kept quite clean and regularly sharpened. Gouto lands next to Raidou after jumping down from a shelf and looks up at Em.]

Raidou could use a new sword, we've had this one for a bit too long. Got any recommendations?

Come one Kalib, you know I don't take compliments well...
But I do enjoy my work. It's something I did as a hobby for a while, and being able to work it for real is... very satisfying.

*He waves to Aitome as he walks in.*

Hey Aime. How goes it? Need anything?

In the market for something new? You use a spear right? I'm sure there's something here to suit your tastes!

Oh, sure. Hmm... I think I've got something similar in the back...

*Em heads into the back and brings out a very similar sword that has a slightly slimmer but longer blade.*

Yeah, this is about it. The guard, pummel and hilt length are practically the same, although the weight distribution could be a slight bit off. If that's an issue, I can look for something closer, or reforge this to fit the dimentions.

*Aitome pulls out his sword and inspects it for a second before putting it away

Got any shortswords? I feel like I'm going to need 2 for my upcoming battle.

*Aitome notices Alice and walks over and extends his hand with a warm smile on his face.

Hello there, I don't think we've met before, the names Aitome Korichi what's yours?

Of course. Want anything specific for them? Length, guard style, etcetera, or do you want my judgement?
... Also, would you prefer Aito over Aime? Or maybe Tome or better?

[Raidou takes the sword, twirling it in his hand. He takes a few practice swings, sheathes it, draws it quickly as if he were being attacked, and repeats the process. He closes his eyes in thought momentarily, before handing it back to Em and shaking his head, satisfied. Gouto looks at his pupil and nods.]

Looks like the one doing the swinging is satisfied, and I guess that's what matters. We'll take it.

*Alice hesitates but recalls the generally friendly atmosphere she's been exposed to so far and takes his hand, giving it a weak shake.*

Oh. Hi I'm uh... Alice. No we haven't met before.

*Presuming Emerson's question would draw Aitome back to that conversation, she turns back to Kalib and adresses what he had said to her previously.*

I do use spears but I'm starting to wonder if I can supplement it with a ranged weapon. I imagine my only option is a gun right? Do you use one Kalib?

Hm, I would prefer a replica of my current blade, I've grown quite used to it.

*Aitome then pulls out a generic looking shortsword, with a few chips here and there. Aitome then smirks at his other remark

Heh, you can call me whatever you want, just commenting that Aime is a new one that's all.

My old hunting rifle from before I got here...but I never use it in favor of magic.

*He looks down.*

Never any long ranged Shadows, ya know?

*Aitome then turns back to Alice after speaking with Emoson

Alou hm? That's a strange name ill just say that, are you by any chance new to the nexus? If so you get used to it pretty quickly, don't sweat the details!

*He takes the sword back, and inspects it again before looking at Raidou.*

Alright. That'll be 1800Â¥.

*He turns to Aitome and takes the sword, inspecting it, before running to the back and bringing out 2 similar swords, one that's the same size, and one that's a little shorter.*

People tend to dual wield with one blade being shorter than the other, so I'm wasn't sure what you'd prefer, so I brought both.
Also, uh... you... seem different, Aitome. Did something happen?

[Raidou digs the cash out of his pocket, a bit more than 1800, actually. He then holds up one finger as if to say he has one more request, and places his old-fashioned revolver presumably from the 1930s, and several different colored bullets for it. Gouto speaks in his stead as usual.]

See, Raidou here can't cast spells of any kind, this makes exploiting weaknesses tough. Sure, he has his demon allies, but they aren't always the most reliable. So, we have elemental bullets where we come from, but we're running low. Think you can give us hand with these too?

*Alice replies to Aitome as its only polite!*

Oh! Uhm, yeah sort of. New... ish? I haven't been too involved in much of anything but I'm trying.

*She then addresses the next part to Kalib.*

No long ranged shadows huh? Even then I suppose I mostly rely on my persona most of the time. I guess maybe I should look into getting a better spear. Perhaps Emerson will give it a custom design for me?

*Aitome picks up the regular length sword and takes a look, running his finger over it before setting it down on the table.

Hmm, I think I'll take the regular length one, I'm not planning to dual wield though, its for something else. And I seem different? Hm, its probably due to my emotions being back. It's a long story.

Hmm... I do have elemental bullets, but they're Dust...
Oh, actually I do have some regular bullets that're enchanted with magic. I forgot. Lemme go grab some.

*He once again goes into the back then returns, bringing out a large case full of elemental bullets of multiple colors.*

How's this? They work with regular guns, although I'm not sure how they compare to your own.

*He turns to Aitome once more.*

Alright. That'll be 1500Â¥. And, uh, you seemed pretty emotional before now. Honestly, it feels more like you LACK certain emotions now...

*Aitome turns to Alou with a smile and continues to talk

Well that's fine, you can take your time with it, don't force yourself into anything though, that will only end in disaster!

I would definitely suggest getting at least a side arm for safety's sake.

*He pulls his trident off of his back, grinning at the sheen of the blade.*

I used to just use a regular spear, but then I got this bad boy from a friend of mine. Lives here actually.

[He picks out various different bullets. Unfortunately, the bullets don't fit Raidou's old-fashioned gun. He sighs and is about to return it, but Gouto comes to the rescue with a newer revolver compatible with the modern bullets. Raidou smiles at his friend, and nods at Em, placing his wallet on the counter.]

*Aitome puts down the nessasary amount of yen and picks up the sword, sheathing it before speaking

Less emotional? Well I guess I lost my more angry and hot headed emotions and instead got more chill and layed back. That might be why? Not exactly sure, I should be back to normal once I get my usual persona back though.

Oh I'll be fine, really! I was kind of a loner until now but I got by you know? Anyways, can I expect to see you in future expeditions? Aitome was it?

*Kalib's shining trident catches her eye and she immediately switches gears. She can't help but grin.*

Are you actually a merman Kalib?

Hmm... that should come to... 2500Â¥ for both. That fine with you?

And... you lost your Persona, Aitome? Huh, that explains that, actually. Anything we can do?

*He composes himself and looks back with a smile.*

Plus, I don't think I'd be accepted by merpeople...they follow that fish are friends not food mantra, whereas I love me a good plate of sushi!

*Aitome then turns to Emoson scratching his head

Its a thing that happened, I guess... my only request is that you me lend a hand when I need it! I have a feeling ill have to fight it soon.

[Raidou removes 3000Â¥ from his wallet and slides it over the counter. He gives Emerson a thumbs up, and puts his new equipment in their respective places on his harness. He then goes to join Alice and Kalib in their conversation, poking Kalib's leg to make sure it's real.]

Well you have me beat there. Just know that salmon is the best~!

*She'd nod in compliance with herself and then continue browse the racks, now back on the hunt for guns, while carrying on her conversation with Aitome.*

Oh well good luck! I usually don't advertise myself but... If you need any help I'll give it a whirl. I-if you want my help of course!

*Kalib jumps at the sudden poke and turns to face Raidou.*

Really, Raidou?! If I was a merman, how would I wear pants?

*Kalib laughs as he shakes his head.*

You needed some new equipment too? That's terrifying!

*He shudders before looking back at Raidou.*

Someone as tough as you can only get stronger with more modern gear...I better keep up my training so I don't get left in the dust!

[The detective plays with one of his sideburns, his face obviously a bit flushed at the compliment. He pats Kalib on the shoulder before going to inspect the modern firearms with Alice. He pulls a heavy looking shotgun from the shelf, and examines it with wide eyes.]

*She couldn't help but laugh heartily as Raidou tests her thoery.*

Ahahah! Well at least we know now. Speaking of Raidou's strength, I've only ever seen him fight rather than fought against him. If you don't consider me too much of a weakling, do you think we could fight sometime?

*Upon Emerson offering his services, Alice quickly pipes up. She'd rush over to the counter and lean over it, looking at him.*

Oh! Me, me! Based on your expert opinion, what is a good gun for a woman of my stature?

Hmm... well, honestly it's more about grip than anything, so you could go with whatever you'd want.
Generally my suggestion is pistols to most people. How much experience do you have with guns, anyways?

[Raidou scratches his cheek, obviously caught off guard by the compliments he's receiving. He places the gun back on the shelf, and decides it's best if he doesn't mess with anything outside of his comfort zone.]

Experience with guns... Well it's definitely not like a pistol but I know what a rocket launcher is. They cause those massive explosions if I recall correctly.

*Em heads into the back, and brings Alice a plain pistol.*

This is pretty basic. It can still do some damage though, so don't take it too lightly. Is this okay?

*Alice takes the gun and begins pointing it around the store, her finger on the trigger. She's doing it innocently enough but she is still a novice.*

I expected it to be lighter but this actually feels nice. Guns use different kinds of ammunition right? So what does this one use? Also, how expensive is it?

Guns are deadly yet they fire these little things? I guess they do come at you awfully fast.

They also spin at crazy speeds too. Something, something, low area of contact. It's like drill to pierce the heavens, or in this case, flesh.

*Afterwards she'd take out enough money to cover for the gun plus a little extra, 1900Â¥ to be exact. Upon noticing the extra she'd quickly swipe it and put it away.*

*Alice takes the gun and turns her back to the group. She couldn't help but feel embarrassed after the responses she received. Once she heard TDM mention covering the cost of the ammo she'd clutch the gun tightly.*

*Afterwards she'd hurry out of the store.*
