Solatorobo: Red the Hunter. Also known as the spiritual sequel to Tail Concerto. Gameplay is odd yet enjoyable since you literally throw around enemies, and there is a surprisingly developed world. Oh, and furries. I love the furries.

Honestly, sonic 06 was my first sonic game and my favorite

Because that game was one of my favorites.

The only game that comes to my mind right now is Muv Luv extra. There are many bad opinions flying around about it, but I kinda enjoyed it.

Folklore for the PS3 was a really good game with a decent story and fun gameplay. Collecting beasts with different powers kinda reminds me of something . . . but it was still really playable. I found it in a bargain bin a few years back!

That game was the shit

The Lost Dimension. Because most people don't even know the game exists

Also Tales of Graces. Story's good, combat system's AMAZING, but it averaged like, a 7.5 out of 10. Plus the game looks pretty good overall, nothing amazing graphically, but still quite good.

Dragons Dogma, the pawn AI could be better but it's still solid, game looks good, story is good, gameplay flows....it's so good

Maybe not underrated, but Disgaea definitely deserves more attention.

The entire Sonic series also gets way more shit than it deserves. Aside from 06 and Shadow, which I thought wasn't that bad, the series is pretty solid. Sure, I wouldn't call any of the games amazing on the level of something like Mario Galaxy, but it's far FAR from being as bad as many make it out to be. Naturally, I'm referring to the main series games, though even as far as spinoffs go, the only real major offender is Boom.

Oh and Street Fighter V. It's been over a year and we've still got people going out of the way to shit on this game and sometimes about the most ridiculous stuff.
