In a very evil lair in space...
*after doing some evil redecorating (putting skull stickers on a few things and dinning the lights of a single room), Star is ready to plan her conquest of the Nexus. It... isn't going so well....*
*dimming the lights! Fuck you, autocorrect!
Sam
*Sam steps out of a portal*
You seem bored. Or is it troubled? I can't read people very well.
Eh, more troubled. Thinking up conquest plans isn't exactly a walk in the park, you know.
*OG bona suddenly appears*
Ya need help star?
Sam
Why don't you create a space station and threaten to blow up the moon?
You call this redecorating? *Places distorted petrified humans along the ground and giant evil functioning eyes along the walls.* That's more like! Sometimes, you can even hear their screams of suffering. Helps to sleep at night, you know.
Because, that's already been done! Besides, were in a space station already! Sure, the lasers can't fire, but they can be fixed! Hmm...maybe-no, that's already been done...hmm... anyone have something original? And this is much more like it! Oh! Actually, this gives me an idea!
Wait didn't eggman blow up the moon?
Sam
... What's with the triangle?
Oh, this is Bill. He's...a Persona of mine...we made a deal, and now we're partners. So, this plan is actually something I learned how to do a while back.
Oh, Hey bill.
...what, is no one going to ask what my plan is?
Sam
So are we a league of evil?
Well...I suppose we are...but we aren't the evil league of evil. Hmm...what should we call ourselves? Hmm... perhaps...the Nexus Conquest... something?
Sam
The Nexus Conquerors. Interesting. So, you have a plan?
Oh, that actually works...kinda. we need to work on that name a bit. But yes, I thought of a plan.
Sam
Then tell me it. I can't help unless I know your thoughts.
Hello, mortal wyrms! *eye shifts through an assortment of disturbing images, including the scene of your own death. Bill's voice grows increasingly stern* If you cross me I will not hestitate to devour each and every one of your souls and torture you for enternity. You do not know the extent of my power. I have imploded entire dimensions before. You are nothing compared to me. But enough that, have this as a show of good faith. *hands @BonafideMonafide04 a beating heart*
Tell me, why should we target the masses who live within the Nexus, when we can take over the Nexus directly? We don't need any mind control beams, or wacky inventions to win. All we need is to...how do I put this...woo the landmasses?
Sam
... Ok then.
No, think about this for a sec. If we control the landmasses, the people on it who aren't strong will bow down to us. We can simply target the largest target instead of targeting all the tiny ones. It's brilliant!
... should I make an example of what I'm talking about, or do I need to bring out the white board?
Sam
So, you want something to control the tectonic plates, right?
Tch, well I can do that. Wait, I can do everything, in fact
Yes! Exactly! You see, if we control the landmasses, we can control chunks of the Nexus! And the powerless masses won't be able to do anything about it! It's like mind controlling the population of a country by only controlling a single person!
Sam
I made something similar once by accident. Was trying to make a sky bridge, but almost split Toronto off of Canada with an earthquake. I think I still have the blueprints somewhere.
No need for blueprints this time! Like I said, it's about wooing the landmass, not brainwashing it. you see, I have a special ability, one where I can change my personality and form in an instant...give or take a few seconds...and with this power, it's possible to woo them. However, there's still the matter of the heros and villains of the landmasses...
Sam
You know the landmass is inanimate. I don't think it can... Wait, this is the Nexus. It probably can happen.
Yes, it can, even more so here. Trust me, I was surprised when I learned I could do this. But still, back to the matter at hand, the heros and villains will be quite angry at us. What do you think we should do about them?
I heard a couple google translate users are planning to arrest/kill the Phantom Thieves. If we can intercept their actions, we can get the Phantom Thieves on our good side. However, by supporting the people we can gain power and influence.

[Intercept the assault (+good karma)]/[Aid the assault (+bad karma)]
Sam
We probably won't win a defensive battle against all of them. If we can exploit the weaknesses of the group, we may be able to pick them off or at least neutralize them one at a time.
Hmm...I don't actually want to get involved with something like that. Besides, I'm a Phantom Thief. They're going to come for us anyway, so we'll deal with them when we have to. And I like that idea, but...hmm...oh, I might have a solution... perhaps a double agent among their ranks would work? In the heros case, I mean...the main Nexus good guys... But yes, I like it.
Sam
A double agent... Well, You're always announcing how evil you are and the triangle is the triangle. So, that leaves Me and Bona for the good guys.
You're a Phantom Thief? I never saw this coming...
No, I have someone different in mind. Oh, do you think it's possible to control the villains from the inside? Like...make them a puppet organization or something? Like, say if I woo the boss and Control the entire force they had, such as henchmen?
Sam
I doubt the villains have such an organization. Hades and Aku are wild cards, for example. Then there are people like the clockwork god who have there own goal. If you can gather them, they would be a powerful force, maybe even more powerful than the heroes. Right now, however, you have your work cut out if you want that to happen.
I suppose so, but I was talking about the villains of the landmasses. Meh, I guess we'll get there when we get there. For now, I'm done scheming. It's time to plan our conquest route! *Pulls up a holo-map of the Nexus and starts drawing on it with crayon*...this is going to take awhile...you guys go do whatever, I'll call you back when everything is ready.
Sam
*Sam shrugs and shakes his head*
I should just stop trying to apply logic to thing here. Good luck with things, Star.
*Sam portals away*
How do you map a world that constantly changes? *disappears*
