I doubt it trust me I've been banned once but I came back and I can access the PMs but it says connecting please wait

I always clear my cache and the problem's solved. If that doesn't work then I Don't Know.

Another thing I do is switch browsers. PMs don't work on Safari for me, it's why I use Chrome.

PMs always work on safari for me since I use mobile apple products

Got nothin' else to help you. If you only use safari, try chrome. If that doesn't work, ..-.
