No, an RP Tournament similar to the P-1 Grand Prix we had a while back, as well as Starwaddle's. Anyone and everyone is allowed.

It's honestly a great idea. So far the last two tournaments failed due to different reasons, but they always bring something good to the table, be it character relations, practice for newer RPers, or just have fun with the battles.

Now, this 2v2 system sounds cool, we have many different kinds of users, from Persona users to characters from completely different kinds of reality/gameplay/rules, and the combination and tactics, like you said, will definitely be exciting and entertaining to read.

Now, a very important aspect of this is the arenas as well, depending on how you do it a lot more can be used. After all, fighting in a forest creates opportunities a simple ring will never have. On one hand, creating a custom arena could make things very interesting because of the many different ideas people have, but it would be harder to manage, and on the other, having a fixed, limited, well described arena for the battle would be easier, and will still allow different tactics, but...again, with limitations.

Well, I'm interested alright, a 2v2 is a really cool idea after all. Who knows what will happen this time?

But yeah, if you mean switching jobs between rounds or something akin to that, I have no issue.

Oh for team compositions, how about we use some random shaker making thing or other. those exist right ? or simply draw names out of a magic hat ? just to keep things a bit interesting. And maybe allow some time for team mates to talk and strategize together.

I've been thinking on that actually. Random is probably how it'll go, since hopefully it'll let people work together with another who they normally don't. As for communicating with your teammate, I was thinking use a Discord and have a private channel for each team, or they can simply talk on another place, like PMs.

We need set rules against God Mod BS, please! Don't just wing it. Make set rules and punishment for breaking said rules. There must be ORDER!!!

That's something I'll definitely be cracking down on. On another slightly different topic, users of Pokemon and Demon Summoners, or things of that nature, will probably be limited in how many they may use at once.

My thought's are about in line with Kazuya, having proper arenas is a very nice idea and 2v2 should spice things up quite a bit compared to our other tournaments.

I'm in. I'm a noob at RPing though but this should be fun.

We should also try to find some battle music for spectators.

Most of the usual suspects provide their own music for spectators and the like.

Suppose I should clarify that this won't begin for a little while, hopefully before the 24th, since School will bog me doen after then.
I'd also prefer to have my PC so it won't be until I'm able to use that again as well.
I'll be sure to update once I make an actual starting date.
