I was more on Leon's side because Sayaka backstabbed you and actually is at fault that Leon was tempted to do it.
Leon maybe saw it as, if I don't kill her here , I'll die later by her.
In the end I agree that both are at fault , but I still like Leon more.

Nope there's no way we could do a good Danganronpa RP. Even if someone made a whole crime scene I HIGHLY doubt it could even compare to how amazing Danganronpa is. But a murder mystery similar to that would be fun. And having class trial on the site would definitely be cool.

There is a game called Danganronpa 1.2 Reload on PS4. It's like $30 when it's not on sale. It gives you Danganronpa 1 and 2 with your choice of the English dub or sub. That's what I got just a few weeks ago, and it's perfect for getting started.
