It's kinda dead. No good rp threads except for Hikaru's.

from what I've seen people haven't been starting casual stuff as much since they're worried it would be kinda spammy with Bona and Naho's two individual things. And people don't really wanna RP with those two, since they kinda godmode constantly. So for now we're in an awkward spot I guess, since I don't really have any ideas to start anything.

Should I make a new nightclub thread, or something new?

We just need new threads. I was going to continue a labyrinth thread, but I was busy with a friend today.

In that case, I reopened my club. Come one, come all!

Short answer: Yes.

I don't think dead is the right word for it. I think there's still a desire to see RP continue among most people, but I also don't think there's the willpower to put it on our backs and carry it ourselves.

Simply put, in the last like two weeks most, if not all, of the old GMs have either taken vacations or quit. Mishimans and Delta? Vacations. Lightning? Been working on cosplay. Yu? Basically burnt himself out on GMing. Yuki? Quit the site and only came back recently but may have quit again. Robin/Raven? We basically had to sit their OOC down and demand they take a break from serious stuff.

And then there's a lot of the non-GM RP starters who have also drifted off, like Nana/Shinji (Akamoto, not Shinjiro), or Dahlia and Reaper...

And as for the rest of us, I do think Gamma nailed it by singling out the current flood of Naho/Bona04 threads. A lot of us don't wanna contribute to RP Spam by opening other casual threads while they have two or more open at once. And I know a lot of people both on PM and Discord don't want to associate with them at all, so stay out of their threads and bail on any other thread they show up in.

So we're all stuck staring at each other and occasionally things blow up into actual fights, while the RP just kinda stagnates and threatens death.
